| With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,Jewelry,as an important carrier for people to dress and beautify themselves,has been rapidly popularized.Because of many kinds of jewellery and uneven industrial level,many products on the market are not up to the standard,thus causing health problems.Nickel is harmful to human body.About 20%people are allergic to nickel ions,which can cause skin allergy and inflammation.Long-term exposure to large amounts of nickel will hurt heart,liver and lungs.Today,Europe and China have issued mandatory standards to control the risk of nickel release in jewelry.The main purpose of this paper is to study the determination and test method of nickel release in K alloy materials by means of new instruments and methods.In view of the problem of nickel allergy and bacterial strain,the factors affecting the nickel release of the material are studied from raw materials and design the experiment.Author collected some common K gold alloy materials in the market,simulated the artificial environment,carried out a chemical experiment on the selected samples and used the inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer to determine the amount of nickel release.During the test,the best working conditions,the working range and precision of the elements were analyzed.The results obtained after the determination are compared with the experimental results of the atomic absorption spectrometer,which is recommended in the GB/T 19719-2005"Jewellery-Determination of the release of nickel—Method of spectrometry."the same results are obtained.It is proved that the method is feasible and effective,and the synthesis of the test method is relatively inaccurate.The uncertainty is 0.146μg/(cm~2·week).A standard working piece of nickel has been produced,it can be used for relative detection and comparison of methods.Seven major parameters affecting the determination of nickel release are summarized,including the measurement of the surface area of the sample,the effect of the degreasing and the coating of the sample,the temperature change of the environment,the composition of the artificial sweat,the acidity control of the fixed volume solution,the placement of the sample in the artificial sweat and the test conditions of the inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer.On the basis of this experiment,a set of risk assessment system for the nickel release of K gold alloy materials is established,which can be used to carry out mathematical statistics on the related products in the mainstream market of our country now and provide the corresponding data support for the risk assessment system.Through the study of the new experimental method and the analysis of the amount of nickel release,a new piece of nickel working standard was completed,the factors affecting the results were found and the risk assessment system was established.It can provide reference for the quality control of the laboratory,provide technical basis for the determination of the qualified material and provide the technology for the related enterprises.Support is conducive to further stability and development of the market,as well as protecting the legitimate rights and interests of consumers. |
