Medium-sized Duck Dung Anaerobic Power Engineering Design

In order to give full play to the complementary role of biomass energy,to explore a new way to improve regional environmental quality and ecological security,team carried out"anaerobic digestion technologies-renewal compost by waste heat recycling-biogas power generation"loop stereo comprehensive ecological pattern aim at livestock feces contaminants in Shandong Province,the virtuous cycle as the objective construction of the new system for the cascade utilization of biomass energy.By duck dung comprehensive utilization of biomass energy standard and the analysis of the industrial model,combining with the domestic actual situation,the biogas power generation technology,biomass compost technology,cogeneration technology to carry on the overall planning and design.On the one hand,the farm produce pollutant reduction,harmless and recycling treatment,so as to help solving problems such as people,water and air pollution.On the other hand,as people's demand for"green pollution-free agricultural products"increasing,organic waste in manufacturing agricultural organic or inorganic compounds consist a vast market.The innovation of this paper is on the basis of the biomass power generation technology,integrated the generator heat recycling technology,for the energy cascade utilization of energy conservation and environmental protection,foundation of innovation technology is confirmed,at the same time we build the system to make the anaerobic digestion derivative products which is applied to the agricultural sector.Through the demonstration project,this paper puts forward the regional utilization of biomass energy industry development and application of animal manure.The recommended business model is replicalbe.Demonstration project design of size,material requirement:duck dung 296.83tons/day,TS=45%;Gas capacity:1166.67 Nm~3/h;Generating capacity:2 mw/h.Processing 90000 tons of duck dung each year,sell electricity annual income of about 12.425 million yuan.Electricity income is about 140 yuan per ton duck dung.
