Establishment Of MOVES-Xi’an Emission Model And Its Application Of Pollution Evaluation

With the rapid spread of motor vehicles,many negative effects such as air pollution and traffic congestion have been triggered.Therefore,in order to improve the air pollution situation,it is important to accurately understand the exhaust emissions of vehicles in different driving areas.Many experts and scholars have conducted emission research on Beijing,Shenzhen,and Xi’an in China based on the MOVES model.Among the Xi’an’s emissions researches,there are still lacking researches on the establishment of vehicle driving cycle data module that match Xi’an and the model validation with the emission data obtain from the Portable Emission Measurement System.This paper starts from these two aspects to conduct Xi’an emission research.This paper uses the 2014 a version of MOVES software,combined with local geographic information,fuel information,climate information and other data of Xi’an,to correct the peripheral parameters,and establishes the MOVES-Xi’an model1.On the basis of a large number of driving data in Xi’an,this paper uses the XGeocoding software to identify longitude and latitude of the driving data,then classifies the data according to the road type,and makes a comparative analysis.This paper establish the driving cycle under different speed zoning with the Python software programming,according to the MOVES model speed zoning and the characteristics of driving data.And these driving cycles constitute the Xi’an automobile driving cycle module based on MOVES model.Based on this driving cycle module,MOVES-Xi’an model 2 is established.The above two models are compared and analyzed by using the vehicle emission data obtain from the Portable Emission Measurement System.The results show that the emission factor based on Xi’an’s driving cycle module,namely MOVES-Xi’an model 2,is closer to the measured results.It shows that in the emission study of Xi’an,the Xi’an’s driving cycle module based on MOVES model is better to its internal driving cycle module,and the best model is MOVES-Xi’an model 2.Finally,this paper uses the Xi’an’s driving cycle module to simulate the emissions of vehicles on typical roads in Xi’an.And this paper compares the emissions of total vehicles and the contribution rates of each vehicle type to the emissions on this road in the same period of weekday and weekend.
