With the current increasingly fierce competition in the steel market,further optimization of the production process of the economic and technical indicators is an important part of the market to reduce production costs and improve the competitiveness.In this paper,low-grade iron ore ironmaking process parameters as the starting point of the study,respectively,from the raw fuel,adjusting system and blast furnace strengthening technology optimization three aspects are discussed.Under the background of the current iron and steel industry,the challenges faced by iron and steel enterprises are analyzed in this paper.The related theories,design and process flow of blast furnace,from the working principle of blast furnace,to the raw materials of blast furnace,finally to the composition of blast furnace are deeply analyzed,Through various experiments,it is concluded that: The optimum ratio of raw materials and fuels should be adopted,such as the basicity of sinter should be kept between 1.80 and 2.30,which should not be too low;Principle of reasonable matching of high basicity sinter and acid burden,principle of limiting the proportion of lump ore,and principle of seeking the best economic benefit according to local conditions and combining with enterprises’ conditions;Then the coke quality can be improved to achieve the best metallurgical effect.By optimizing the design of the blast furnace system、the process flow and the configuration of the process system,to achieve the optimal design concept of each system and the ideal technical and economic index of the blast furnace.In addition;Through the comparison and analysis of the influence of different ore ratio on blast furnace,it is known that the overall permeability index of blast furnace changes with the pellet ratio.With the increase of pellet proportion,the permeability index of blast furnace will also increase.When the proportion of pellets is 23%,the permeability index reaches the best.Only by summarizing and analyzing the actual cases and optimizing the blast furnace design,can the steel enterprise can the steel industry be continuously improved in actual production.Through a series of corresponding measures for low-grade iron ore production,such as optimization of burden structure,oxygenenriched-coal injection technology and top high pressure operation technology,can achieve better technical and economic indicators of blast furnace,finally high yield,low consumption and long life can be Realized.Figure22;Table33;Reference 40...
