| The Dajiazhuang Iron Mine is located on the Luan River i Mpact fan and the floodplain.The surface covers a 120-180 m thick saturated Quaternary aquifer.The bedrock structure,joints and fissures in the mining area are developed,and there are many fracture zones,which form a hydraulic connection.The hydration is smooth and the hydrogeological conditions are extremely complicated.It is a typical metal mine of large water.In the process of shaft excavation and tunneling,the mine has repeatedly experienced the collapse of water in the broken zone,and the treatment of the underground water-bearing fracture zone project has become a technical bottleneck restricting the development of the enterprise.Based on the complex hydrogeological conditions of the Dajiazhuang Iron Mine,this paper uses theoretical analysis,site exploration and on-site detection to find out the main wells of the Dajiazhuang Iron Mine and the fracture zone of the-475 m transportation roadway.Three feasible shaft reinforcement construction schemes were proposed for the main well fracture zone.And through the co Mparison,the "technical solution for the combination of static water slag grouting and sealing,slurry pad and working face long shot grouting" was determined.Aiming at the water-bearing faultbreaking zone of the-475 horizontal transportation roadway,it is proposed to use the ultra-long and short pipe shed for grouting reinforcement technology to replace the traditional advanced anchor technology,to determine the reasonable construction technology and technical parameters,and to improve the loose structure of the surrounding rock.It effectively improves the overall strength of the surrounding rock and seals and fills the surrounding rock fissures to eliminate the hidden danger of sudden water inrush.Through on-site application,it is shown that the shaft slag grouting technology and the ultra-long and short pipe shed are used for grouting reinforcement technology,and the construction of the vertical shaft and the transportation of the water-bearing fault zone are effective and safe.At present,it has been promoted and used in the whole mine,forming part of the key supporting technologies for the construction of large water metal mines,with strong promotion value and reference significance.Figure 27;Table 6;Reference 45... |
