There have 14 universities in Xiasha Higher Education Park of Zhejiang. There have different shapes and types landscape water bodies in each of the university. In order to find out the basic causes of eutrophication of landscape water, this study monitored the dynamic changes of primary productivity,chlorophyll-a and environmental factors in five samples of Xiasha Higher Education Park from July2017 to December 2018.And comprehensively analyzed the changing characteristics of landscape water in the Higher Education Park in order to provide reference for the management and maintenance of landscape water quality in Xiasha Higher Education Park in the future. The main conclusions were as follows:?1?There were different trends of environmental indicators between closed campus landscape water and semi-mobile river landscape water.Campus landscape water body:There had obvious seasonal differences in water depth and transparency on CT which is a deeper water level. There had no seasonal significant difference in water depth between JL and CJ which were shallower water level. The seasonal variation of transparency were autumn and winter higher than spring and summer. The water depth and transparency of river landscape waters showed significant differences between flood season and non-flood season.Water depth, water temperature,pH and suspended solids had significant cross-negative correlation with transparency, while redox potential and salinity had significant cross-positive correlation with transparency.Transparency was the main factors affecting the transparency of campus landscape water?r=0.842?,while chlorophyll a was the main factor affecting the transparency of river landscape water?r=0.703?.The concentration of total phosphorus and total nitrogen in campus landscape water were lower than that in river landscape water. The trend of total phosphorus in CT sediment were similar to that in water?r=0.683?.There were a high negative correlation between total phosphorus in HH sediment and total phosphorus in water?r=0.824?.?2?The annual average Chlorophyll-a Concentrations of campus landscape water and river landscape water were 16.07±13.27 ug·L-1and 27.53±27.41 ug·L-1.The seasonal average Chlorophyll-a Concentrations in spring and summer were significantly higher than those in autumn and winter. The average annual chlorophyll-a concentration of CT in campus landscape waters were 16.16±12.71ug·L-1,and showed autumn>spring and summer>winter.Chlorophyll-a were positively correlated with water depth, water temperature,pH,suspended matter, and total phosphorus, while it were negatively correlated with transparency,ORP and salinity, respectively. The annual average of chlorophyll-a in HH of river landscape waters was 25.76±24.90 ug·L-1,which was the highest in spring, followed by summer, and lowest in autumn and winter.Transparency and ORP were negatively correlated with chlorophyll-a,while water temperature,pH and suspended matter were positively correlated with chlorophyll-a.The average concentration of chlorophyll-a in sediment of CT was 43.19±19.34 ug·L-1,which showed a bimodal change throughout the year. The average concentration of chlorophyll-a in sediment of HH was 19.70±13.19 ug·L-1,which had no obvious change rule.?3?Seasonal average concentrations of gross primary productivity in campus landscape waters and river landscape waters were 1.26±1.08mg·L-1·d-1and 1.72±1.43mg·L-1·d-1,which showed that the gross primary productivity in spring and summer ware significantly higher than that in autumn and winter, and the gross primary productivity decreased with the increase of water depth in vertical space.Transparency,ORP and salinity were negatively correlated with gross primary productivity, and it opposite with water depth, water temperature,pH,chlorophyll-a and suspended solids. The correlation coefficients of chlorophyll-a and gross primary productivity were 0.488,0.678 and 0.589.There were a significant correlation between chlorophyll-a and gross primary productivity in the upper and middle layer of river landscape water which were 0.490 and 0.521.The correlation coefficients of chlorophyll-a in the middle layers were the highest in all sites.
