With the rapid development of machinery manufacturing,high-speed and high-precision CNC equipment has been used in many industries.An important factor hindering the development of such manufacturing equipment is machining chatter.Chatter will seriously affect the efficiency and quality of machining,so the analysis and prediction of machining chatter is a prerequisite for ensuring stable machining.In this paper,the chatter test of milling is studied.The various machining conditions that cause the chatter are easily explored.A series of milling chatter tests are designed.The methods of chatter monitoring and suppression are also studied.A fast detection method of stable lobes diagram is proposed in combination with the milling test and chatter monitoring module.A set of online suppression methods for chatter is realized by the on-line monitoring and suppression method of chatter.The main work of this article is divided into the following aspects:The chatter test for milling is designed to include: deep cutting test,milling parameters affecting chatter test,and milling parameter area sweep test.The typical chatter test can be effectively obtained respectively.Based on the conditions that the chopping depth can provide effective chatter,the influence of other various cutting parameters on the chatter is explored.Scanning the milling parameter area can be compared.A comprehensive exploration summarizes the impact of various parameters on machining stability.In the on-line monitoring of chatter: relevant time domain and frequency domain analysis are carried out for each segment of the steady phase,transition phase and chatter phase,and the characteristics of the signal are determined and analyzed.The signal of the above test was analyzed and calculated using the wavelet packet energy entropy.The wavelet packet energy entropy was used as the eigenvalue for on-line monitoring of chatter,and the threshold used for monitoring was determined.In terms of chatter online suppression: combined with the influence of milling parameters on the chatter test,the main analysis and research on the adjustment of milling parameters to suppress the effect of chatter,determine the online suppression method using chatter to adjust the spindle speed,and determine the corresponding speed suppression Strategy.Based on the milling parameter scanning experiment in the front chatter test design,the rapid scanning test method of milling parameters was designed.Combined with the chatter online monitoring function,the chatter point recording function was added,and a stable leaf lobe map was proposed.Detection method.Through a few minutes of rapid scanning test,using the matching detection device,it can quickly confirm the machining stability lobes diagram,which can be effectively used to guide the selection of machining parameters and ensure the stability of milling machining.Combined with the online monitoring module of chatter and the online suppression method of chattering by adjusting the spindle speed,a set of chatter online monitoring and suppression system is realized.
