Deuterated drugs loaded much unique merits have been widely developed in the field of drug innovation,especially for the applied research involving the development of new drugs and the clinical pharmacokinetics.By reason of the more excellent stability of the carbon-deuterium bond than the carbon-hydrogen,deuterated drugs can reduce the drug metabolism rate,which come into play in extending the drug half-life and reducing the toxicity of the drugs,through replacing the hydrogen atoms in the specific sites of drug molecules by the deuterium atoms.Based on the advantages above,a new type of composite shaping ultra-thin nanosheet as a photocatalyst was designed and synthesized in this thesis by the means of screening factors for the reaction conditions to achieve the optimum and introducing the deuterium into the target compound by the photocatalytic reaction to realize the deuterization of the functional groups at specific sites of the compound after that.This thesis divided into three chapters presents the applications,advantages and synthesis methods of the deuterated drugs,and prepares a novel photocatalyst of high-crystalline carbon nitride-loaded ultra-thin palladium nanosheet studied for the photocatalytic dichlorination and hydrogenation or deuterization reaction performance.The specific details go as follows:In chapter 1.This chapter introduced the application,advantages and synthesis methods of deuterated drugs,sketched the dichlorination and hydrogenation or deuterization methods of chlorinated compounds,and summarized the main research contents.In chapter 2.Preparation of the high-crystalline carbon nitride loaded with ultra-thin palladium nanosheets.Preparation of the target catalyst is taken by integrating the graphite phase-carbon nitride selecting melamine,potassium chloride and ethanol as raw materials with the sub-nanometer ultra-thin palladium nanosheets prepared by one-pot method,after which is modified by depositing palladium nanosheets equipped the high catalytic activity in virtue of the natural structures and doping potassium ions aiming to speed up the separation and transmission between electrons and increase the visible light utilization as synergistic effect to improve the activity of the catalyst and accelerate the rates of catalytic reactions.In chapter 3.In the natural environment and human social activities,the chlorine-containing volatiles inevitably exists,peculiarly for the chlorinated organic compounds owning high carcinogenicity and acute toxicity,which are extremely harmful to human health.This chapter exploited a green photocatalytic technology for deuterization through preparing the high-crystalline carbon nitride loaded with ultra-thin palladium nanosheets to produce the effective dechlorination of chlorinated organics along the process optimizing the conditions of catalyst loading,catalyst dosage,solvent system,reaction time,reaction temperature and source power to expand the substrate according to the optimum and get the deuterization reaction into action on the grounds of the catalytic effect of different functional groups.
