In this paper,the carbon dioxide-rich flue gas produced after the purification of calcium carbide furnace gas in xinjiang tianzhichen chemical industry co.,ltd.is taken as the research object,purification of carbon dioxide in line with national standards,Therefore,carbon dioxide becomes the new product of the company.At the same time,it can reduce the carbon emission of the company and increase the efficiency of the company.Through continuous sampling and analysis of CO2-rich flue gas,the content of main components in the flue was determined to be about 98.3%?volume ratio?of CO2,1%?volume ratio?of N2,0.6%?volume ratio?of CO and H2,and about 1ppm?volume ratio?of H2S and COS.Comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the current carbon dioxide impurities technology,Others about 0.1%?by volume?,active carbon and hydrolysis catalyst remove the hydrogen sulfide and sulfur carbonyl in the flue gas,using molecular sieve,remove the water vapor in the flue gas low-temperature distillation process method to remove residual nitrogen and hydrogen and high purity of carbon dioxide,eventually forming process flow diagram and PID diagram,get technology solutions.In terms of system control,carbon dioxide recovery process is controlled by ECS-700 system.Corresponding to the points in the process diagram,I wrote the configuration logic of relevant points.The system was installed from the engineer station to the central control computer,and the instrument was debugged.During the debugging,I continuously solved the problems and optimized them.Commissioning after the completion of the plant construction,compile the operation rules in accordance with the national standards,conduct pressure test and leakage test on the site of carbon dioxide plant and system debugging according to the operation rules,and solve the process problems after the normal start of the system.After debugging and field test of ECS-700 system is completed,according to the operation procedures to normal driving,rectifying column at the bottom of the detection of carbon dioxide purity is more than 99.9%?mass ratio?,water dew point less than-65?,the relevant test items meet all industrial liquid carbon dioxide product quality standard GB/T 6052-2011.
