Photocatalytic antibacterial agent is a new type of antibacterial agent,which is represented by TiO2.However,there are some defects in TiO2 materials,that is,visible photocatalytic antibacterial activity is not obvious.Based on ZnO doped TiO2 nanomaterials,this paper improves the antibacterial performance of TiO2 complex under dark conditions.In order to further improve the antibacterial properties of TiO2/ZnO,the synthesis of ternary composite GO/TiO2/ZnO and GQDs/TiO2/ZnO was designed.Two highly efficient photocatalytic antibacterial agents.In addition,this study also designed and synthesized the antibacterial agent of binary complex GQDs/CuO,and studied its structure and antibacterial properties.The specific research results are as follows:?1?Preparation,Characterization,Antibacterial Properties and Application of GO/TiO2/ZnOA series of GO/TiO2/ZnO composite antibacterial agents were prepared by ultrasonic-calcination method.The effect of GO on the antibacterial property of composite antibacterial agents was investigated by agar diffusion method.The antibacterial properties of the composite antibacterial agent with the largest diameter of inhibition zone were selected.The results show that the loading of GO greatly improves the antibacterial properties of TiO2/ZnO,and the best antibacterial performance was achieved when GO:TiO2/ZnO was 1:2.The inhibition zone of GO/TiO2/ZnO-2 had a diameter of 17 mm against Escherichia coli,and the lowest inhibitory concentration against E.coli reached 0.7 mg/mL.Analysis of antibacterial mechanism showed that the structure of E.coli was destroyed,the size and number of E.coli was decreased,and the surface of E.coli appeared wrinkles.The antibacterial application results showed that when the film containing 0.5 mg/mL GQDs/TiO2/ZnO-2 was exposed to E.coli and S.aureus for 20 h,its antibacterial rate reached 100%.?2?Preparation,Characterization,Antibacterial Properties and Application of GQDs/TiO2/ZnOA series of GQDs/TiO2/ZnO microbial agents were prepared by ultrasonic-calcination method.The effects of antibacterial properties of GQDs antibacterial agents were investigated by agar diffusion method.The antibacterial properties of the antibacterial agents with the largest diameter of inhibition zone were selected.The results showed that GQDs greatly improved the antibacterial properties of TiO2/ZnO.Among them,inhibition zone of GQDs/TiO2/ZnO-2 had a diameter of 16 mm for E.coli,and a minimum inhibitory concentration of 1.2 mg/mL for E.coli.When the film containing 0.8 mg/mL GQDs/TiO2/ZnO-2 was exposed to E.coli and S.aureus for 30 h,its antibacterial rate reached 100%.?3?Preparation,Characterization,Antibacterial Properties and Application of GQDs/CuOIn the presence of graphene quantum dots,the GQDs/CuO antibacterial agent was prepared by water bath method.The antibacterial properties of the composite antibacterial agent were investigated by agar diffusion method.The antibacterial properties of the composite antibacterial agent with the largest diameter of the inhibition zone were selected.The results show that the loading of GQDs improves the antibacterial property of CuO,and the inhibition zone diameter of S.aureus reaches 20 mm,and the antibacterial rate reaches97%.When the film containing 1 mg/mL CuO/GQDs was exposed to E.coli and S.aureus for 25 h,its antibacterial rate reached 100%.
