| In this work,the Ca,P,Nb-incorporated MAO coating was fromed on the titanium suface using microarc oxidation.After that,the microwave hydrothermal treatmetn and microwave steam-hydrothermal treatmetn were applied to adjust the surface structure and propeties by adjusting the treatmetn tempreture,NaOH concentration and treatment time,thus promoting the HA crystals with the different morphlogies and distributions rapidly in situ formed on the MAO coating surface.The surface structure,phase compositions,element concentration and distributions and surface wettibility of the MAO coating before and after microwave hydrothermal treatment(MH)and microwave steam-hydrothermal treatment(MSH)were investagated by SEM,TEM,XRD,EDS and contact angle machine.The in vivo osseintegration of the MAO implant before and after microwave hydorthermal treatmetn and microwave steam-hydrothermal treatment were evaluated by X-Ray,Micro-CT,SEM and EDS.As for MH treatment,with the inceasing of the treatment tempreature,the amount and cristallity of HA crytsals were increased.However,the amount of the HA crytsals decresed with the inceasing of the NaOH concentration.As for MSH treatment,the amount and diamters of HA crystals inceased with the NaOH concentration and treatmetn increasing.Meanwhile,a dense and abundant HA cytsal layer were formed on the MAO coating after MSH treatment.The surface wettabilities of the MAO coating after MH and MSH treatment were significantly enhanced,which showed super-hydrophlic surface.After SBF immerison for 5 days,the MH treated MAO coating was compeletely covered with the apatite layer.However,as for MSH treated MAO coating,the SBF immerison time was increased to 7 days.Meanwhile,the antibaterial results indicated the antibaterial abilities for S.aurous and E.coli of the MAO smaples after MH and MSH treatment were enhanced.After implantation in the tibia for 4 and 8 weeks,the interfacial bonding status between the MH and MSH treated implant and bone tissues was very good.and the amount of soft tissues were obvious decreased,while those of bone tissues surrouding the MH and MSH treated MAO implant were significantlu inceased.The MH and MSH treated MAO implant had better osseointegration ability by acomparison with MAO implant,showing that the MH and MSH treated MAO implant had poteitial promising application in the bichemical field. |
