Study On Green Sichuan Construction From The Perspective Of Marxist Ecological View

Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China's economic development has advanced by leaps and bounds,and the development of social productive forces has been significantly improved.Ecological problems and green development and other issues have gradually been widely concerned by the CPC Central Committee and the whole society.The comprehensive strength of Sichuan Province is increasing rapidly.at the same time,it is also facing the problems of environmental pollution and ecological deterioration.In the development of Sichuan Province,although green development is only one of them,but its impact is far-reaching.As a major strategic deployment of Sichuan Province,the construction strategy of beautiful Sichuan Province is to adhere to the concept of green development,to embark on a scientific and sustainable road of coordinated development,and to take into account the "five-in-one" overall and coordinated development of economic growth and environmental protection.This paper mainly includes the introduction and the main content of Marx's ecological view of birth and righteousness,the goal and requirement of the construction of socialist ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics,the development course and main content of green Sichuan,There are six parts: the achievements and problems to be solved in the construction of green Sichuan since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the improvement ideas and basic paths to promote the construction of green Sichuan in a new era in an all-round way.The first part explains the research background,research status,research methods,innovation and shortcomings of this paper.The second part discusses the main contents of Marxist ecological view.It mainly includes Marx's classical writers' ecological civilization thought and Chinese Marxist ecological civilization thought.The third part discusses the development process of Sichuan ecological environment and the connotation of green Sichuan construction since the founding of the people's Republic of China.In discussing the development process,it is discussed from two stages: "the green change of Sichuan from 1949 to 1998" and "the green development of Sichuan after 1998".Next,it expounds the connotation and theoretical basis of green Sichuan construction under the background of China's ecological civilization construction.The fourth part puts forward the goal requirements and basic methods of green Sichuan construction under the guidance of Marxist ecological view.This paper expounds from the aspects of strengthening the ability of sustainable economic development,promoting the coordinated progress of man,nature and society,making scientific and effective use of natural resources,improving the ability to govern the environment with science and technology,and cultivating the ability of sustainable development.The fifth part,on the experience gained in the construction of green Sichuan since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)and the problems to be solved urgently.The content covers the five aspects of experience gained in the construction of green 48 with Sichuan characteristics,as well as the four problems to be solved urgently in the process of green Sichuan construction.The sixth part discusses the countermeasures to promote the construction of green Sichuan in the new era in an all-round way.In view of the problems existing in the construction of green Sichuan,this paper puts forward some solutions,such as establishing ecological values,promoting the transformation of production mode,perfecting the ecological legal system,expanding regional ecological cooperation and so on.Based on the thought of harmony and customs of Marxist ecological view,this paper deeply studies the ecological civilization problem of Sichuan meridian color construction,and analyzes the current situation of well combination theory research mechanism,plate type and countermeasure research through investigation and analysis of the number and index of the current situation of well combination theory research mechanism,plate and countermeasure research.The space available for play is also large,which has practical guiding significance for the construction of green Sichuan.
