The excessive discharge of industrial wastewater has caused serious pollution of the water environment, which is often difficult to degrade. In the face of the problem that the industrial wasterwater is hard to degraded, photocatalytic technology has been a hot topic in recent years, because of its advantages of low cost, strong oxidation ability, and so on.For further improvement,we not only solve the problem of semiconductors, but also take the constraints of the chain reaction into account, and the impact of mass transfer is one of the key factors. In this paper, the effect of mass transfer on the performance of photocatalytic reaction was studied by rotating disk reactor. The result can help to build a more efficient photocatalytic fuel cell reaction device, and have certain reference significance for the engineering application of photocatalytic technology.?1?The research on preparation and properties of TiO2 anode.Four different preparation methods were used to prepare the rotating disk TiO2photocatalytic anode. With 20 mg/L rhodamine B dye wastewater as the target pollutant, the four photocatalytic anodes were analyzed and compared under different rotational speed and voltage conditions. As a result, the degradation rate and photocurrent were greatly improved with the increase of rotating speed and voltage. In addition, the hydrofluoric acid anodic oxidation method has the best performance anode, and the degradation rate can reach 99.56%within 60 min.Meanwhile, the nanotube microstructure and thin oxide film has the better performance.?2?The research on photocatalytic performance of rotating disk reactor. The rotating disk electrode photocatalytic reaction device was used to compared the increase of degradation and photocurrent under different rotational speed conditions. The increase of degradation is larger which indicates that the promoting effect of mass transfer on the photogernerated hole is larger than that of the photoelectron. The effect of mass transfer on the performance of photoanode were analyzed from the aspects of electrode potential, photocurrent density and hydroxyl radical strength.By improving the rotating speed and enhancing mass transfer, the initial potential of photocatalytic reaction can be decreased, photocurrent density can be increasand and hydroxyl radicals can be generated more,so as to improve the degradation and photoelectric properties of the photoanode.?3?The research on enlarging the device. After the device was enlarged100 times, the performance declined to a certain extent. The amount of wastewater treatment could be increased through the circulation system. And the actual oily wastewater was treated. The wastewater with COD value of 630 mg/L could be degraded to 60 mg/L within 70 min,and achieves the discharge standards.
