Chongqing Regional Culture Elements Application In Fashion Design

Chongqing is a city with a long history and remarkable regional cultural characteristics.The stilted building as the representative of Chongqing traditional regional culture is the witness of urban development.However,with the development of the city,the stilted building,which is traditional residential building,has been replaced by new styles gradually,which triggers people's protection of this traditional architectural culture and reflections on inheritance.The architectural form characteristics of the stilted building in Chongqing were analyzed,extracted,created from the vision of fashion design in this topic and the unique charm of the stilted building was shown taking clothing as a carrier.The study target in this topic was mainly traditional stilted building in the main urban area of Chongqing.Firstly,historical material pictures were collected and sorted out by ways of literature collection,collection database,related literature websites,literature exhibition and on-the-spot investigation etc.;the unique features of the stilted building based on Chongqing regional culture in Chongqing were in-depth understood,and its difference from stilted building of ethnic minorities in Southwest China.Its architectural style characteristics were dug from Shape,structure,decoration,etc.,by a lot of experiments;the extracted elements were transformed to the language of fashion design from fashion styling structure,pattern,fabric etc.,after repeated scrutiny,the form which can expresses the characteristic of the stilted building and accords with the beauty law of the art form of clothing had been screened out.At last,two design schemes had been formed,the characteristics of the building form of the stilted building were applied comprehensively,and they were designed form two aspects:three-dimensional shape and structural fabric,the stilted building and the design of clothing were combined roundly.In this article,in the design practice step,combining the characteristics of "3D" of Chongqing,the three-dimensional splicing,the technique of three-dimensional construction were adopted,the three-dimensional interesting design exploration had been carried on from clothing structure,pattern and fabric design.To extract and design the architectural form characteristics of the stilted building was rich in the pattern and structural design of the clothing for the fashion design,the design and practice of the architectural culture of the hang stilted building was inheritance of traditional culture taking clothing as a carrier,to develop tourism dress based on visual pattern design,to realize the spread of traditional culture with the help of the development of tourism.In this article,the study was conducted only from the appearance due to the length,in the following digging and design practice it can be combined and used at more levels,to design clothes with more artistic value and characteristics.
