Development Of Control System For Integrated Down-the-hole Drilling Rig

As a general-purpose large-scale rock drilling equipment,the down-hole drilling rig is widely used in coal mining,building foundation excavation,water conservancy,transportation,power station and so on because of its deep drilling,high efficiency and large diameter.In various large-scale projects such as national defense construction.The integrated down-the-hole drilling rig developed by the split-type down-the-hole drilling rig has the advantages of high perforation efficiency,moderate cost,convenient movement and good environmental protection.It has been widely used in medium and large mines.At present,the integrated submersible drilling rigs used in construction in China are mostly developed and produced abroad.Considering the important position of the control system in its research and development,in order to realize the localization of the down-the-hole drilling rig,this paper studies and develops its control system.In this paper,the control scheme of the integrated down-the-hole drilling rig is analyzed.On this basis,the design and selection of the control system hardware is completed,and the hardware system development is completed.Based on the EasyBuilder and EV5000 software development platform,the rig control system software is completed.Development;industrial test of the prototype,testing the function,performance and human-computer interaction function of the designed submersible drilling rig,the results meet the requirements,indicating that the integrated submersible drilling rig control system has achieved the expected target.
