Shoes are the necessities of people's life.The folding performance of shoes reflects the durability of the surface materials of shoes products,the degree of adhesion of the bottom of the shoes,and the anti-buckling performance of the outer bottom,so as to reflect the overall quality of shoes and wear durability.Therefore,the testing of the flexural performance of the finished shoes is very important for the production and quality inspection of the finished shoes.In addition to the safety hazards in the testing process,the main problem is the low test efficiency.In the traditional quality inspection of footwear products,batch sampling is generally used to judge product quality.However,as the number of batches and quantities of products increases,the workload of product quality inspection also increases.Relying on the current flexural test method,it can not meet the demand of product management of modern footwear manufacturing enterprises.In the case of sneakers,it takes three hours to fully test the flexural properties of a sample according to existing test standards.How to improve the testing method of flexural performance and improve the test efficiency and safety reliability is an urgent problem to be solved.At first,the paper analyzes the shortcomings of the existing testing standards and testing methods.In order to solve the shortcomings of the existing shoe flexural test,an accurate and efficient new method for testing shoe flexural performance was established.After taking the new method of flexural performance testing as the goal,this paper analyzes the testing principle and influencing factors of flexural performance,and combines with its own experience,finds three key factors,such as flexural angle,flexural frequency and flexural frequency,which affect flexural performance.Then,with the aim of improving the efficiency of the test,the orthogonal analysis method is used to design a new method.In order to verify that the orthogonal design results of the new method are accurate and effective,the test results of the new and old methods are similar.The new method can achieve the effect of 3 hours of the old method in 1.5 hours,shorten the time by 50 %,improve the efficiency of doubling the resistance,and improve the application of the project.Finally,the new method is applied to test the flexural properties of the finished shoes.The method parameters of the new method for testing the flexural performance of the finished shoes are 25,000 times,the angle is 50 °,and the frequency is 240 times per minute.Through the engineering application test results of the new method,it is proved that the new method is true and effective,and can achieve the effect of 40,000 times of the traditional method in a short period of time,and can be applied to the sneakers and casual shoes.The application of the new method of the shoe flexural performance test can not only quickly and accurately judge the flexural performance of the footwear,thus reflecting the quality of the entire shoe,but also has a profound influence on the quality and level of the shoe quality inspection.It can be used for reference by the shoe factory and the quality inspection agency.
