Research On The Green Development Of Rural Areas

The Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategy of Rural Revitalization for the first time,which is a profound understanding of the law of socialist construction by the Chinese Communists represented mainly by Xi Jinping,and also a compass for the work of "agriculture,countryside and farmers" in the new era of China.Green development,as the main theme in the process of rural revitalization,is the only way for the Party and the state to implement the strategy of Rural Revitalization and explore sustainable development.However,in recent years,how to make progress in China’s rural green development,what problems it faces and how to effectively solve these problems have become serious issues for the party,the state,grass-roots cadres,farmers and other serious thinking topics,which is of great significance to solve the shortage of rural resources and environmental pollution and to achieve the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside.Through a detailed review of the research results of rural and domestic academia on green development and rural green development,as well as the careful analysis of the relevant data released by the National Bureau of Data Statistics,the author combines the actual and choices from the background of the implementation of the strategy of Rural Revitalization to study the problems and countermeasures of rural green development in China.The study found that in recent years,the initiative and consciousness of implementing the concept of green development in the process of rural construction are stronger,the protection and restoration of rural ecological environment are progressing smoothly,the old appearance of rural human settlements has been effectively improved,and agricultural policies are more green-oriented.However,due to the country’s development planning,the complex issues of “agriculture,rural areas and farmers” and the imperfect government system,the current rural green development still faces many problems,mainly as follows: the development mode of green cycle has not changed,the development and application of agricultural science and technology is insufficient,the pollution of rural ecological environment has not been fundamentally curbed,the outlook of rural human settlements has not been fundamentally reversed,and the supply of green ecological system is still insufficient.Based on the main problems faced by rural green development and the main reasons for the problems,the author believes that in order to promote rural green development,five principles and five pairs of relationships should be adhered to,and countermeasures should be explored from the main aspects of development concept,agricultural science andtechnology,ecological environment,human settlements environment and mechanism system.After in-depth study of the current situation and the countermeasure of rural green development,this paper draws the following conclusions.Firstly,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the rural green development.Secondly,rural green development should achieve the overall greening of agriculture,rural green and farmers.Thirdly,the realization of rural green development requires the joint efforts of the party,the government and the people starting from the main aspects of concept,technology,ecology,human settlement and system.
