3D printing manufacturing is an emerging technology and a rapidly developing technology in the field of manufacturing.With the in-depth application of 3D printing technology,printing materials are transformed from single materials to composite materials,among which carbon fiber composite materials are one of the most widely studied composite materials.As a key part of the carbon fiber composite 3D printer,the nozzle has a crucial impact on the printing efficiency,printing accuracy and manufacturing process cost.The 3D printing of continuous carbon fiber composites with shorter cut carbon fiber and single thermoplastic materials has not been applied to practical engineering.In this paper,theoretical analysis,physical development,finite element analysis and experiment are combined to conduct research on carbon fiber composite 3D printer nozzle.The research content includes the following aspects:Based on the carbon fiber composite materials at home and abroad of 3D printing process scheme and the design of the print heads,has set up a platform composite 3D printing experiment,carbon fiber pretreatment experiment platform,developed a carbon fiber composite materials to print nozzle,the nozzle fixed device,continuous carbon fiber pretreatment infiltration device,design scheme and the experiment platform for research.The interface bonding principle of the composite was analyzed,and the surface oxidation treatment method of carbon fiber by liquid phase oxidation was adopted to pretreat the carbon fiber to improve the interface strength of the composite.The principle of finite element thermal analysis is analyzed,aiming at the irrationality of the existing nozzle temperature structure,based on the analysis of nozzle temperature field,the structure optimization design scheme is proposed,and the distribution of nozzle temperature before and after optimization is compared and analyzed.The setting of basic parameters in the printing process was analyzed,and the influence of the printing speed on the printing size accuracy was analyzed by changing a single process parameter.The tensile properties of PLA,continuous carbon fiber composites and pretreated carbon fiber composites were tested by electronic tensile testing machine,and the tensile strength of the three materials were compared and analyzed.Study of carbon fiber composite material 3D print heads for 3D printing technology of carbon fiber composites provides a train of thought,fill a vacancy not specifically for the continuous carbon fiber composite material printing technology gap analysis,and the design of continuous carbon fiber composite material 3D print heads,compact structure,strong usability,can achieve continuous carbon fiber composite material of 3D printing,print out after pretreatment of continuous carbon fiber composite material is much higher than the single thermoplastic material,the performance of 3D printing of carbon fiber composite materials has a certain application value.
