The coal industry occupies an important position in China's energy sector.Safe production in coal mines is a basic requirement for the coal mine.The safe and reliable power supply of the power grid is of great significance to the safe production of coal mines.How to let the coal mine monitoring center quickly find faults and deal with,them in a timely manner to minimize the scope of faults;how to comprehensively monitor the coal mine power grid so as to realize the intelligence of the underground power grid.These are of great significance for improving the safety of coal mine operation.This paper takes the coal mine power monitoring system as the research object,analyzes the actual conditions of the underground power grid and the operation of various electrical equipment of the JianZhuang coal mine.On this basis,the underground power monitoring system is designed.The main research content of the paper is as follows:(1)Detailed analysis of the electrical characteristics of the electrical equipment in the underground power grid.Underground electric equipment mainly includes shearers,ventilators,hoists,electric locomotives,and water pumps.The start and stop,normal operation,and speed regulation of these electrical equipment may cause problems such as voltage dips,inrush currents,and harmonic pollution.The safe and stable operation of the power grid.In-depth analysis of these devices provides a basis for the design of monitoring system function.(2)The design of underground power monitoring system in JianZhuang coal mine.The topology structure of underground power grid system is analyzed.The electric power monitoring system and the three major components of JianZhuang coal mine power monitoring system is designed,and the three major components,workflow and operation principle are analyzed in depth.
