| The increasing shortage of anthracite resources in China and the partial oxidation of anthracite due to external influence in the process of mining lead to the enhancement of hydrophilicity of this part of coal and the difficulty of flotation.In view of the present situation of Taixi anthracite coal quality,the development of new flotation reagent and its application in Taixi anthracite oxidation were carried out.The effective separation and treatment of Taixi anthracite oxidation were carried out to improve the yield of clean coal products.The research is of great significance to the processing and utilization of anthracite resources.The surface structure and floatability of anthracite oxidized by Taixi were studied by FTIR,elemental analysis,zeta potential and wettability analysis.CYJ collector and HF foaming agent were prepared by compound preparation method through reasonable reagent system research,and their structure and functional groups were analyzed.Their basic properties were studied by surface tension and wettability.The effect of reagent on the separation of Taixi oxidized anthracite was investigated by small flotation test.On this basis,the industrial application experiment was carried out.The results show that there are more alcohol-OH and phenol-OH functional groups in the molecular structure of oxidized coal indicating that oxidized coal has strong hydrophilicity as inorganic minerals.The test results of chemical composition,zeta potential and wettability on the surface of coal particles show that under the condition of conventional reagents,clean coal cannot be effectively separated and the yield of flotation clean coal is low.The new CYJ collector has stronger hydrophobicity,larger contact angle on the surface of oxidized coal particles,easy to adsorb and spread on the surface of oxidized coal,forming hydrophobic oil film,and less interfacial tension between water.HF foaming agent introduced long carbon chain,esters,ethers,branched chain alcohols and dodecyl compounds on the basis of the original fusel alcohol,which effectively enhanced the foaming agent’s bubble performance,stability and adaptability to oxidized coal;CH agent prepared by the new collector CYJ and foaming agent HF had better selectivity to oxidized coal’s floatability.Good and obvious improvement effect.Compared with the original reagent in Taixi Coal Washing Plant,the flotation concentrate yield has been significantly improved by using CH reagent in industrial test.CH-2 flotation reagent has better selectivity to 1#heap oxidized coal,and the yield of flotation concentrate increases by 22.49%;CH-3 flotation reagent has better selectivity to 2#heap oxidized coal,and the yield of flotation concentrate increases by 10.03%.The new drug adds approximately 227.7 million yuan in economic benefit each year. |
