Key Technology Of Hydraulic Support With Folding Stride Movement

According to the regulations of the coal mine safety regulations,the support must be strengthened in the 20m range of all safety exits and laneway junction in the coal mining face,that is,the advanced support must be adopted in the 20m range of the two crossheadings of the coal mining face.A mineral company has 6 working faces,and the height of the mining gateway is 6m.At present,two rows of grooves 20m are supported by wood,monomer and anchor cables.This support form has high supporting cost,heavy workload,high labor intensity of workers,heavy workload and slow progress of working face.In order to solve this problem,this paper,on the basis of the analysis of domestic and foreign research status and the analysis of actual demand and function in the field,the main work is as follows:According with the technical requirements of advanced ultra-high hydraulic support and end bracket,the overall scheme of movable hydraulic support with foldable stride is designed.The bracket consist of movable hydraulic support with foldable stride and two sets of end bracket.Foldable bracket adopts Gantry structure of two stand column.Link joint is used to connect the bracket to accomplish folding.One set of foldable bracket includes right and left brackets,which are placed in two sides of lane.The distance between the two brackets is 0.7 meter.The side rod is used to connect the hydraulic supports to prevent falling.By using Traction crane control system,the hydraulic and control system is designed to use operation of Stride movement.The structure of drag and drop is composed of endless wire rope,land wheel and pulley.When the foldable bracket was fold,the dragging and dropping system carry the system from out to out of the whole support,which carry out the stride movement.Finally,folding and supporting performances of the bracket is performed through ground simulation test and the underground test.
