In this paper,cordierite was used as catalyst carrier,Mn series oxide was used as active component and modified with surfactant.The bimetallic catalyst was applied to selective catalytic oxidation denitration of(SCO)process.Explore its effect on the effect of denitrification,and analyze its mechanism.The optimal preparation conditions of green surfactants were obtained by exploring the saturated adsorption curves,surface tension and Zeta potential of different concentrations and different kinds of green surfactants.Preparation of different concentration and different kinds of green surfactant modified cordierite catalysts and their evaluation in SCO denitration unit The reaction is carried out to obtain the optimal green surface active agent to modify the blue-green stone catalyst,and the effect of the acid-base condition on the denitration effect of the catalyst is studied by adjusting the pH of the green surfactant solution.The influence of the roasting temperature and the roasting time on the catalyst was investigated,and the effect of the preparation sequence on the activity of the catalyst was investigated by changing the order of the surface active agent and the bimetallic loading.The activity of the catalyst was analyzed by XPS,XRD,SEM and FITR,and the denitration mechanism of the catalyst was further determined.The experimental results show that:?The critical micelle concentration(CMC)of the green surfactant was 0.04%;?The denitration efficiency of cordierite modified with 0.04%green surfactant was obviously improved,and the denitrification efficiency of TEP-CR was obviously better than that of APG-CR,AEO-CR,MAP-CR,AEC-CR,LAD-CR,BS12-CR catalyst;?The change of the acid-base environment has a certain effect on the denitration efficiency of the TEP-CR catalyst,and the closer to its pHpzc value,that is,the zero charge point,the better the adsorption performance of the TEP-CR catalyst,the stronger the denitration performance;?The optimum preparation condition of the metal supported catalyst is that the roasting temperature of the muffle furnace is 450?,the roasting time is 3h;?MnO_x-cCuO_x/CR catalyst,superior to MnO_x-FeO_x/CR,MnO_x-CoO_x/CR,MnO_x-CeO_x/CR catalyst;?The optimal MnO_x:CuO_x ratio of MnO_x-CuO_x/CR catalyst is 2:1;?By changing the loading sequence of MnO_x-CuO_x/TEP-CR catalyst,the optimal preparation order is MnO_x/TEP+CuO_x+ TEP.
