| Improving the management level of coal mine safety production is the unremitting pursuit of coal mine enterprises.Gas explosion is one of the major disaster accidents affectin,g coal mine safety production.The effective way to solve this problem in production practice is to reduce the gas content in coal.At present,before the coal mining,the method of drilling and extracting is used to extract gas,and the drilling depth plays a direct role in the gas extraction capacity.Therefore,the drilling rod counting accuracy is directly related to the gas extraction concentration.In order to solve the traditional manual counting,there is a problem of high labor intensity and low accuracy.This paper uses computer vision related technology to detect and track the downhole drill pipe video,establish a statistical model,achieve the purpose of accurate counting,and improve the safety production level.For-the complex environment of coal mine underground,Gaussian filtering and histogram equalization are use;d to denoise and enhance the video frame,so that the video clarity of the coal mine is improved.Then the corner of the mobile drilling rig is detected and the corner is detected by Sobel edge detection.As an alternative,the computational efficiency is improved.The circumferential Harris template is used to suppress the non-maximum value of the candidate corner points,and some pseudo corner points and missing corner points are reduced.The corner points are solved by using the adjacent corner point culling method.Cluster problem.Experiments show that the algorithm improves the computational efficiency and improves the noise immunity on the basis of ensuring the correct rate.After the corner detection of the drilling rig area,the optical flow field of the mobile drilling rig is estimated by the pyramid optical flow method to realize the tracking of the moving target;the drilling cycle learning is performed according to the direction of the optical flow The optical current maximum value suppression eliminates the interference of strong light sources,and the idea of frame skipping is adopted to solve the problem of occlusion of moving objects,and the function of accurate counting is realized.Based on the computer vision of coal mine drill pipe counting method,this paper achieve’s accurate drill pipe counting,solves the problem of low manual counting accuracy and labor intensity,reduces the number of personnel,saves costs,and meets the requirements of safe production.It has a strong practical significance for intelligent mines. |
