Affected by the environment and geological conditions of the coal mining face under the coal mine,it is impossible to conduct collaborative control research on the shearer,scraper conveyor and hydraulic support(referred to as the"three machines"in the fully mechanized mining)on the site of the fully mechanized mining face.For this issue,This article takes the"three machines"of comprehensive mining as the research object.Constructed a comprehensive monitoring system for the"three machines"linkage experimental platform.It mainly involves the design of the lower computer control system of the experimental platform and the application software design of the upper computer of the experimental platform.This experimental platform monitoring system provides the experimental conditions for the study of the "three-machine" collaborative control theory and method of comprehensive mining.The main contents of the thesis research are as follows:Firstly,according to the functional requirements of the"three-machine"linkage experimental platform monitoring system of comprehensive mining,the overall scheme of the"three-machine" experimental platform monitoring system for comprehensive mining is designed,and the lower-machine control system,the upper computer monitoring system and the coordinated control system of the experimental platform are analyzed.Secondly,for the parameters required by the collaborative control system and the monitoring system,Siemens TIA Portal V14 software is used to software program the lower computer control system,including"three machine"control program,data acquisition program,Ethernet communication program and Moudbus communication program.The controller controls the"three machines"and the data acquisition function,and realizes the communication function between the controllers.Then,using the SQL technology on the Winform platform,the C/S three-layer architecture idea is used to complete the design of the upper computer application software.The OPC communication technology develops the OPC client to solve the data communication problem between the lower computer control system and the upper computer monitoring system and realize the database data storage.The multi-thread,ADO.NET and event trigger technologies are used to realize the user interface interaction function,The monitoring system is carried out on the three-machine linkage experimental platform.Now with the verification results show that:the system is stable,an experimental platform to achieve the desired functional requirements.It can lay the foundation for the next study of the"three-machine"synergy theory and method of comprehensive mining and the"three-machine"collaborative control experiment.
