The Research Of TRIZ Innovation Method On The Coffee Bean Grinder Product Design

One of the best method of the wisdom developed by the Soviet inventor Genrich Altshuller and his colleagues(initial acronym as TRIZ,the Latin full name is teoriya resheniya izobretatelskikh zadatch)is considered to be an important theory guiding innovation activities.It is widely innovative to design of industrial products,which can improve the efficiency to research and development of new products by 60%.This thesis will applied the innovative method of TRIZ to design a coffee bean grinder product and used the resource analysis,contradiction matrix,and technical system evolution rule tools in the TRIZ innovation method to quickly obtain a more reasonable design.Use TRIZ to designs,it become more effective than the general traditional design method.It can solves the problems of the user's card powder,noise and complicated operation when people use the coffee bean grinder.Through the application of the TRIZ to design the appearance of the coffee bean grinder.It is more in line with the user's aesthetic needs and the future development trend of the product.In the end,this product was successfully developed and launched in Europe.The research results show that TRIZ innovative design method is not only suitable for use in science and engineering,it suitable for product design professionals in the development of new products.It can help designers break through the original design formula and thinking mode and quickly realize innovative design of products.
