Modern high-end manufacturing industry is in a period of high-speed iteration,and miniaturization and intellectualization have always been the driving force for the continuous renewal of high-tech products.Among them,microcomponents realized by micro-manufacturing are becoming more and more important in the whole wave of scientific and technological revolution,especially in the fields of modern medicine,military,high-end electronic products and so on.However,the manufacturing technology of micro-parts is also troubled by high cost,low yield and limited manufacturing scope,which makes the manufacturing of some micro-parts in a situation of insufficient capacity or poor quality.With the continuous development of modern manufacturing technology,it will be possible to solve this problem.At present,3D printing technology has become a very popular technology with its characteristics of fast,low cost and high efficiency,and it is being applied in all walks of life in their own fields.Micro-electroforming technology is a relatively mature manufacturing technology,which is used in high-end manufacturing technology such as LIGA because of its high re-etching rate and high quality.Then,the rapid prototyping of complex molds combined with high precision electroforming process makes it possible to produce micro parts in large quantities,which will also greatly promote the development of precision parts industry.In this paper,3D printing technology is used to produce micro-molds,pure nickel micro-parts are manufactured by micro-electroforming technology,and then high-quality precision parts are manufactured by demoulding technology.Then it is tested with various performance testing equipment.The research contents of this paper include the following aspects:(1)The manufacturing technology of 3D printing micro-die was studied,and the manufacturing technology suitable for this die was finally obtained through comprehensive consideration of printing materials,printing methods and printers.According to the problem of experimental reaction,the optimization of the die was completed,and the final experimental die was obtained.(2)The whole electroforming process of the micro-part mould in the electroforming environment was studied.The printed die was electroformed,and the process was improved according to the experimental results.Finally,the micro-electroforming process parameters suitable for this process were obtained.(3)The dewaxing process of micro-parts was studied.Combining with the materials involved in the process of dewaxing,chemical and physical methods were used to carry out the experimental research on dewaxing and demoulding process of the die,and a number of groups of experiments were used to obtain the appropriate dewaxing process parameters.(4)Reproduce the forming process by COMSOL simulation,and compare the actual effect with the simulation effect,analyze the problems in the experimental results,find out the causes,and find the next improvement methods;(5)Scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and hardness tester were used to characterize the surface morphology,texture coefficient,grain size,hardness and electrical conductivity of the micro-parts.By comparing with the conventional parameters,the performances of the micro parts under the process conditions are proved.From the above,it can be seen that the micro-parts prepared by this process have obvious surface characteristics,which proves that it is feasible to manufacture micro-parts by this process.Through the process simulation of the prepared micro-parts,the phenomena in the experiment are analyzed,and the corresponding solutions are put forward.The performances of the prepared microparts are characterized in various aspects,which proves that the micro-parts prepared under this technological condition have good performances.The research in this paper provides a feasible scheme for rapid manufacturing of highquality complex micro-parts,hoping to contribute to the development of the industry through the research of this technology.
