With the rapid development of China’s economy,urbanization accelerating,people’s living standards have been continuously improved,and the disposal of urban domestic waste has also shown a rapid growth trend.The waste incineration treatment technology has been rapidly promoted thanks to its advantages of reduction,harmlessness and resource utilization.However,a large amount of fly ash is generated during the incineration process,containing dioxins and heavy metals,which are hazardous wastes and have not been properly disposed of.In this paper,the waste incineration fly ash flotation is decarbonized,and it is separated into two effective components,and the resource utilization research is carried out separately.First,the particle size composition of municipal waste fly ash was studied.The fly ash is subjected to ammonium chloride leaching,and then the ammonium washing residue is subjected to particle size classification using a cyclone.,it was found that the carbon particles were mainly distributed in the finer particle size component,while the larger particle size component was mainly large particle material such as quartz;The bed is subjected to a sorting test on the fly ash ammonia-soluble residue and is divided into two particle size classes.It was found that the results obtained by the two devices were consistent,and the loss of the fine components was much higher than that of the crude components.Then,the fine components with large loss on ignition of the shaker were subjected to flotation decarbonization to explore the best process of flotation of fly ash.The study found that under the conditions that the amount of kerosene was 14000 g/t,the amount of octanol was 1800 g/t,the slurry concentration is 60 g/L and the aeration volume is0.06 m~3/h,the flotation test is the best,53.88%of carbon was singled out from residues and the ignition loss can reach 58.23%,In order to further improve the loss of flotation of the charcoal,this paper also optimizes its flotation,The results show that the addition of surfactant has a significant optimization effect on flotation decarbonization,especially the effect of the RB1100 surfactant is most pronounced.Finally,the amount of heavy metals in the fly ash before and after the flotation treatment were tested.It was found that after the flotation treatment,The content of each heavy metal element is reduced,and the leaching toxicity is also reduced to varying degrees.The treatment of heavy metals has a certain effect,but compared with the national standard limits,the fly ash after flotation still has certain risks to the environment and needs further processing.There are 33 figures,13 tables and 81 references in this paper.
