The Hebi mining area mainly mines No.2 coal seams.As the scale of mining increases,the mining depth increases year by year.The risk of coal-rock dynamic disasters during mining is becoming more and more serious,and the coal mine safety situation is not optimistic.Especially during the coal roadway excavation,gas dynamics occur from time to time,which seriously restricts the aging time of coal roadway,which leads to the increasingly tight relationship between mine mining and even production.Therefore,it is of great significance to study how to achieve rapid coal mining in coal seams.Previous studies have shown that the risk of coal seam outburst within the deformation zone of the working face goaf is significantly reduced.If it is possible to study and determine the range of the pressure relief zone in the goaf of the working face,and arrange the coal lane in the above-mentioned pressure relief belt,a considerable proportion of coal roadway excavation prevention problems can be solved.Based on the above purposes,this paper mainly uses indoor theoretical analysis,numerical simulation research and on-site measurement and inspection methods.Firstly,combined with the influence of the mining of the 2nd coal seam section,the mine geological conditions,coal seam thickness and mining height of the protection zone of the adjacent section of the pressure relief zone Based on other factors,the theoretical analysis of the extent of the pressure relief zone in the adjacent section of the section mining.Then based on the mining conditions and gas geological types of No.1 coal seam of Hebi No.6 Mine,a numerical simulation model is constructed.The pressure relief zone of adjacent sections is affected by section mining under different mining conditions.Finally,the measured and analyzed parameters such as residual gas content,pressure and outstanding risk in the excavation face of the outburst coal seam were carried out.The final comprehensive investigation determined the protection range of the excavation and pressure reduction of the No.2 coal seam of Hebi No.6 Mine.The results show that the scope of the anti-pressure and anti-burst effect of the goaf determined by the numerical simulation results should be 8~9m;the range of the anti-burst prevention of the pressure-relief zone should be 7~8m according to the determination result of the gas content;The determined scope of investigation should not exceed 9 m.According to the comprehensive investigation,the inspection scope of the pressure relief and anti-burst effect in the goaf is 7m.The results of this paper can improve the coal roadway excavation speed in Hebi mining area,alleviate the tension and contradiction of mining succession,and have important theoretical and practical significance for realizing the safety,high efficiency and high yield of Hebi miningarea.
