| An asymmetric micro/nano-motor can convert external chemical energy or other forms of energy into its own kinetic energy.Red blood cells(RBC)are simplest cells in human body.RBC membranes have been widely used for surface modification of micro/nano-particles.The micromotor combined with the RBC membrane has good biocompatibility.In this thesis,platinum bowl-like micromotors were prepared using RBC membrane as a template.The ghost(red blood cell without its contents)was prepared by hypotonic swelling method.Under hypertonic conditions,the ghost becomes a bowl-like structure.Under hypotonic conditions,the ghost volume increases slightly with the increase of osmotic pressure.After degrading the membrane protein of the ghost with proteinase K,the ghost did not become a bowl-like shape after hypertonic stimulation.The volume can be significantly increased under hypertonic stimulation.The ghost was used as the microreactor for the chemical reaction,in which the horseradish peroxidase(HRP)catalyzed the hydrogen peroxide to cause the Amplex Red to generate the resorufin.The ghost was used as a template to coat a thin layer of platinum.This structure can deform into a bowl-like structure after treated by ethanol.The bowl-like platinum microshell has an asymmetric structure and thus can be use as micromotors.In the hydrogen peroxide solution,the concave portion of the bowl-like structure was more likely to catalyze the formation of bubbles by hydrogen peroxide and promote its movement.As the concentration of hydrogen peroxide increases,the efficiency of catalyzing bubble generation increases,and thus the velocity increases.Platinum shell structure was also prepared by proteinase K treated ghost as a template with many holes.They can also be regarded as motors,but with smaller velocity in the same H2O2concentration. |
