The production process of fluorolefin produced a lot of difficult to deal with chlorinated and copper solid waste,which has become the biggest environmental problem that restricts the industrialization promotion of fluorolefin.This study to this kind of solid waste with cuprous chloride as the research object,using liquid phase reduction method preparation of ultrafine copper powder soluble copper salt reduction technique,the research can be implemented with cuprous chloride solid waste resource recycling technology of preparation of ultrafine copper powder.To carry out the exploring experiment,from reducing power,economy,safety,environmental protection and other aspects the hydrazine hydrate,sodium phosphite,hydrazine hydrate,three representative of reductant,comprehensive analysis think,formaldehyde reduction of copper chloride for preparation of ultrafine copper powder has better application prospect.This study using solid waste with cuprous chloride as raw materials,with formaldehyde as reducing agent and sodium hydroxide as a PH regulator,control of additive material mole ratio,reaction system PH value,by reaction temperature,rotating speed,the adjustment of the dosage of dispersants,the preparation of the grain size of 40 ~ 45 microns,purity > 98% of the copper powder,and raw materials in the total copper recovery > 85%.Exploring experiment,on the basis of using solid waste with cuprous chloride instead of cuprous chloride in multi-factor orthogonal experiment,single factor optimization experiment,got the better to achieve good reaction process control parameters: solid waste reaction with cuprous chloride concentration is 0.40 mol/l,formaldehyde concentration is 2.08 mol/l reaction,sodium hydroxide concentration is 5.60 mol/l,the amount of PVP was 0.25%,the reaction temperature is 70 ?,the reaction time of 90 min,the impeller type for after 3 leaf type screw propeller,stirring velocity of 0.733 m/s.In the reaction process,while n(HCHO):n(CuCl)=2.50:1.00,while n(NaOH): n(CuCl)= 2.30:1.00.The reliability of the better process parameters was verified through the 10 L amplification experiment,and a large number of ultrafine copper powder can be used for the evaluation of copper powder recycling performance.The performance of the recovered ultrafine copper powder was characterized by copper powder reaction activity and selectivity.The results showed that the recovery of copper powder and fresh electrolytic copper powder had no obvious difference in reaction activity and selectivityThe research and development of processing technology for solid waste with cuprous chloride,not only for fluoride with cuprous chloride produced by olefin industry solid waste provides the security,environmental protection,green measures,will also be liquid phase reduction method in preparation of insoluble copper salt as raw materials and the research of ultrafine copper powder expanded and deepened.
