In this paper,choosing industryγ-Al2O3 as raw materials,the author preparedα-Al2O3 by calcination and study the rules of Al2O3 crystalline transformation under the action of mineralization agent.Various Pd/α-Al2O3 catalysts were impregnated under various precursor concentration solutions and various temperatures.In addition,ultrasonic and vacuum impregnation methods were introduced to the catalysts preparation.And then,Pd/α-Al2O3 catalysts were tested in gradient-less reactor under the optimized condition which was being testified.The kinetics formulation was derived from the mechanism of CO coupling reaction on Pd/α-Al2O3 catalysts and the parameters of kinetic were confirmed by simulation via MATLAB based on the experimental data.The mineralization agent NH4F reduced the calcination temperature in the process of aluminum oxide crystal transformation due to the generation of intermediate products AlOF.The percentage ofαphase in the aluminum calcined under 1050℃is more than 99%.Theα-Al2O3 products possess the tabular crystal grain and the concentrated distribution of particle pore diameters(average diameter is 2066nm).The active component particle size and dispersion degree of Pd/α-Al2O3 catalysts was influenced by the impregnation conditions(heating,ultrasonic,vacuum).We optimized the reaction condition of coupling reaction in the gradient-less reactor.And then,we tested the performance of Pd/α-Al2O3 catalysts prepared under various methods under the optimal condition and analyzed the rules between active agent loading and catalyst performance.The kinetics formulation was derived from each elementary reaction which was divided from the CO coupling reaction base on the reaction mechanism.The final kinetics formulation and parameters was calculated by stimulation via MATLAB base on the data source of CO coupling reaction experiment.Stimulate the CO coupling reaction situation in the single tube fixed-bed reactor via FLUENT,which will benefit the industrial application and the design of the fixed-bed reactor.
