| With the continuous improvement of the requirements of the power grid,the industry has put forward higher requirements for the performance of overhead conductor,so there has been more stringent requirements on the metallurgical quality control technology of aluminum alloy rod.For a long time,domestic study of the production technology in aluminum alloy rod for overhead conductor focused on alloy element composition,but not the alloy metallurgy quality control technology,so material performance is hard to a new level.Degassing and grain refinement are both the kind of technology which has been used but not been studied thoroughly yet.Besides,electromagnetic purification technology has received a lot of attention world widely recent years.The technology has been studied in a large number of laboratories,but it is still limited by safty,convenience and energy usage ratio to be widely used in industrial production.This paper optimized degassing,grain refinement process and the last generation of electromagnetic purification device,then verify the complete sets of metallurgical quality control technology and application effect by metallographic analysis and the final product performance statistics,provide important support to further promotion of the industrial application of these techniques. |
