Due to the prohibition of sintered clay bricks and a series of policy plans in China,the industry of autoclaved aerated concrete(AAC)has developed rapidly in recent years.Following the requirement of the 12 th five-year plan approved by the state council,the annual yield of AAC in 2015 reached 50,000,000 cubic meters.According to the technical requirements of AAC,however,semi-finished products have to be fed with high-temperature steam before being steamed in an autoclave,while the exhaust steam generated from the steaming will be directly discharged,resulting in significant impacts on the surroundings.In the rapid development of AAC today,absence of proper treatment of directly discharged exhaust steam will definitely hinder the industry development and cause pressure on the surroundings.This paper,based on the AAC production line of Guangzhou Development Green Building Material Co.,Ltd.,discusses and designs the recycling and treatment of its exhaust steam.Firstly,the paper explores the principles of exhaust steam recycling and introduces the development history and trend of distributed controlled system.Then,regarding the treatment of exhaust steam generated from the AAC production,the OnXDC-800 control system of Shanghai Xinhua Control Technology Co.,Ltd.is used as a control basis to make an overall design of exhaust steam treatment system,including the system's schematic diagram,the schematic diagram of the device's electrical control,test unit of the system,hardware of DCS system,network topology and connection of DCS system,on-site test points distribution and signal processing of the device and test unit,seat-machine and man-human interfaces on the control system,system logic configuration and fault protection interlock.Lastly,single device debugging and system automatic test run are conducted.After the successful implementation of the treatment system,it is expected to realize the objection of stable unattended operation.It will collect the operation status of each device of the system and parameters of test unit in real time,and perform protection actions immediately when abnormalities occur in the system.In this way,not only will the labor cost be cut,but the pressure on the surroundings will also be effectively reduced to achieve a good control result.
