With the continuous advancement and development of equipment manufacturing technology,a series of mechanical characteristics analysis and tests are required for machinery parts and equipments at the beginning of design.As equipment for testing mechanical properties of materials,the material torsion testing machine is widely used in production operations.However,the current test and control system of the test machine is relatively backward.Therefore,it is particularly important to design an advanced measurement and control system,which has far-reaching implications in the field of material testing machine development and equipment manufacturing technology.According to the current research on the material torsion testing machine,the HJ-50 B material torsion testing machine was selected as the research object.In view of the poor measurement performance and frequent failure of the original measurement and control system of the material torsion tester,the sensor was used to replace the mechanical construction of pulley and lever in the original data acquisition system.In addition,collections,calculations,analysis and outputs of the data were performed by computers to achieve intelligence and automation of measurement.The drive motor provided torsional force for the system and its speed control system design had a great influence on the measurement performance of the test machine.For poor stability and robustness of DC motor PID speed control system,BP neural network algorithm was employed to self-tune and optimize PID controller parameters.The simulation model of DC motor speed control system was established and results showed that the DC speed control system with BP neural network PID controller possessed good stability,strong anti-interference ability and high speed regulation precision.From a practical application point of view,the measurement and control system were designed.The data acquisition and control system is designed by using AT89S52 single chip computer,and the host computer system is compiled by using Visual Basic development tool and SQL server database.The system can query,analyze and save test data and test experiments,data curve drawing and display can be automatically monitored.By designing and optimizing the measurement and control system of the material torsion testing machine,the level of automation was greatly enhanced and the measurement performance as well as precision is effectively improved.Figure 49;Table 5;Reference 45.
