The embossing machine of the parallel mechanism is an important mechanical equipment in the packaging and printing industry,and plays an important role with its unique characteristics.On the basis of fully studying the embossing machine of parallel mechanism at home and abroad,and summarizing the characteristics of embossing machines,a parallel mechanism embossing machine with a positioning mechanism separated from the pressure applying mechanism is proposed.According to the structure and application characteristics of the parallel mechanism embossing machine,the mathematical model of the parallel mechanism embossing machine is established,the vector method and the derivation method are used to analyze the position,velocity and acceleration of the mechanism,and the corresponding positive and reverse analytical solutions and the specific Jacobian matrix are obtained.And the Newton-Eulerian method is used to establish the relationship between the joint position,velocity,acceleration and driving torque or force of the manipulator.Based on the kinematics analysis of the parallel mechanism embossing machine,the Gosselin and Angeles analysis theory is used to determine the singular critical conditions and the singularity of the machine.The stability of the mechanism is mainly the use of global stability.The concept is used to solve the stability performance of the whole mechanism.The conditional number method of the Jacobian matrix is used to theoretically analyze the dexterity of the parallel mechanism embossing machine.The dexterity distribution of the mechanism is clearly and intuitively understood by programming the dexterity distribution cloud map in MATLAB.The ANSYS analysis software is used to simulate the overall stiffness of the mechanism.The weak link in the environment,grasp the influence of deformation,stress and strain on the realization of the mechanism function during the operation of the mechanism.Through the joint modeling and simulation of 3D modeling software Solidworks and virtual simulation software ADAMS,the kinematics and dynamics simulation research of the embossing machine of parallel mechanism is realized,and the rationality of interference and mechanism design of the mechanism is verified.Meanwhile,the input force and input torque curve of the positioning motor and the pressure hydraulic cylinder,and the output driving force and torque of the manipulator under certain working conditions are analyzed to provides a theoretical basis for the further research of the mechanism.Figure 44;Table 6;Reference 58...
