Coal is one of the main energy sources in China,but the spontaneous combustion of coal mine in China is serious,resulting in huge loss of coal resources and economic loss,and also accompanied by huge hidden dangers of coal mine safety production.The spontaneous combustion process of coal is complicated,which is often accompanied by physical and chemical reactions such as coal oxygen adsorption and oxidation self-heating.The inhibitor can restrain coal spontaneous combustion effectively,which is very important to prevent coal spontaneous combustion.Phosphorus-series flame retardant is a kind of high efficiency,smokeless,low toxicity and pollution-free flame retardant,which has a good effect on the prevention of burning of polymer compounds.It still has a good flame retardant effect when applied to the prevention of mine fire.By choosing Duolun lignite,Jinchuan long-flame coal,Qianjiaying fertilizer coal,Donghuantuo gas coal and four kinds of phosphorous compound inhibitors with good flame retardant effect,four kinds of retardant liquids with different concentrations were prepared,and then the retardant fluid was added to the coal sample to make the retardant coal sample.Using the combined experiment of program temperature-gas chromatography,taking carbon monoxide as the index gas,the release amount of carbon monoxide gas of each coal sample before and after the blocking was observed,and the phosphorous compounds with better inhibiting effect were selected.Combined with the variation rule of the special temperature points in the synchronous thermal analysis experiment and the height of the characteristic temperature values of different experimental coal samples,the inhibition effect of different phosphorus compounds on the spontaneous combustion of coal was analyzed through the thermal characteristic method.Finally,the activation energy of each stage was calculated,and the flame retardant effect and law of each inhibitor were compared by the kinetic method.The experimental results show that different phosphor compounds have different inhibiting effects on the four types of coal samples,which can be reflected by the release quantity of the index gas,the temperature of the characteristic temperature point,and the activation energy required by coal oxidation spontaneous combustion at different reaction stages.Some flame retardant flame retardants of phosphorus compounds with better effect,thermal dynamic analysis,clear of phosphorus compounds in oxygen inhibition of coal spontaneous combustion process gain stage organophosphorus DMMP20 wt.% of the inhibitor agent the best effect,for Duolun and Jinchuan coal samples of inorganic phosphate sodium dihydrogen phosphate 20 wt.% resistance effect of flame retardant agent also better,thermal decomposition stage,organophosphorus CEPPA15 wt.% of Duolun coal sample,sodium dihydrogen phosphate,20 wt.% of Donghuantuo coal sample,trisodium phosphate,20 wt.% of Jinchuan and Qianjiaying coal samples have good inhibitory effect.Based on the analysis of the above experimental results,phosphorus compounds have good resistance to coal spontaneous combustion,and have certain practical significance for coal mine fire prevention and control.Figure 28;Table 12;Reference 52...
