With the development of science and technology,transparent polymer materials have replaced traditional inorganic transparent materials in many fields.However,transparent polymer materials still have some problems such as low heat resistance,non-antistatic,low surface hardness,and low refractive index.The research of functional transparent polymer materials has attracted extensive attentions.In this work,tributyl?octyl?phosphonium bis?trifloro-methanesulfonyl?imide?TBOP-TFSI?and lithium bis?trifloro-methanesulfonyl?imide?Li-TFSI?were used to modify the antistatic properties of polycarbonate?PC?and polymethyl methacrylate?PMMA?,which are both typical transparent polymer materials.Moreover,these two organic salts were utilized to manufacture a new kind of transparent material with both excellent transparency and antistatic property by incorporating polyethylene glycol?PEG?and polyethylene glycol monooleate?PEGMO?.The effects of Li-TFSI on the compatibility,transparency and antistatic properties of the incompatible PMMA/PC blends have also been investigated.The optically transparent PMMA/PC blends were successfully fabricated.The main research contents are as follows:?1?The preparation,structure and properties of PMMA/organic salts transparent compositesThe transparent PMMA/TBOP-TFSI and PMMA/Li-TFSI composites with high transmittance were obtained by simple melt processing.The effects of organic salts on the compatibility,transparency,antistatic,thermal and mechanical properties of the materials were investigated.The results showed that the organic salts are miscible with PMMA.The transmittance of the material is over 92%and the haze value is less than5%.However,due to the excellent compatibility,both the anions and cations of organic salts are limited by the matrix and can not move freely,so no antistatic property has been observed.?2?The preparation,structure and properties of PC/organic salts transparent compositesPC/TBOP-TFSI and PC/Li-TFSI composites were obtained by melt processing with two organic salts in PC.It is demonstrated that the compatibility between PC and TBOP-TFSI is poor and the transmittance is low.When the contents of PC exceed 2%,it will precipitate from the material.Due to the poor compatibility,the anions and cations of the organic salts are freely moved in the matrix to form a continuous conductive path,so that the materials have good antistatic property,and the surface resistance is less than 1012?/sq.PC has good compatibility with Li-TFSI.The transmittance of the composites is above 90%and the haze value is less than 2%,but the composites have no antistatic property.On this basis,the two organic salts were compounded,and the PC/?TBOP-Li?composites with high transmittance and antistatic property were prepared by adjusting the contents of organic salts and compounding ratio.?3?Effects of PEG/PEGMO on antistatic and optical properties of PC/TBOP-TFSI composites.PEG and PEGMO were added as antistatic agents in PC/TBOP-TFSI composites to obtain the PC/TBOP/PEG?PC/TBOP/PEGMO transparent composites with permanent antistatic property.The dispersion of TBOP-TFSI in PC matrix has been improved by PEG and PEGMO,and the phase region of TBOP-TFSI has been reduced,the composites have good transparency.Because TBOP-TFSI has poor compatibility with PC,the organic salts are easy to precipitate,which makes antistatic effect worse.When PEG and PEGMO are added,their hydrophilic groups combine with water molecules in the air to form a water film on the surface of the material.The lipophilic groups are intimate with the organic salt in the PC matrix,so that the materials are not affected by the ambient humidity and have a permanent antistatic effect.?4?Preliminary exploration on the influence of Li-TFSI on the structure and properties of PMMA/PC blends.Li-TFSI is thermodynamically miscible with PMMA and PC.The effects of Li-TFSI on the structure and properties of the immiscible PMMA/PC blends have been investigated.The transparent PMMA/PC blends have been successfully prepared with the addition of Li-TFSI.The phase size of PC is much smaller than wavelength of the visible light with 0.75wt%Li-TFSI,which makes the material has good optical properties?transmittance>90%,haze value=5.5%,refractive index=1.5102?.
