| China is the country with the largest coal output and the largest number of mines,and coal mining has made great contributions to the country.In the process of mining,a large amount of mine water is usually discharged,which has a certain impact on the ecological environment and water resources system of the mining area.Shen Dong mining area is located near the arid and semi-arid desert with extremely poor ecological conditions and very little water resources.High intensity development of coal leads to serious loss of formation water resources,which is a major technical problem to be solved urgently for green mining in Shen Dong mining area.The study of reservoir layout principle and water resource utilization method in goaf not only solves the mine flood threat,but also provides a good solution to the problems of scarce water resources and water shortage in northwest China.By recycling the water resources in the mining area,the goaf of the mine is used as the space for storage,purification and utilization of mine water,so as to provide water source for mine production,surface industrial water,domestic water and green water.This research has important theoretical significance and practical value.Taking a coal mine in Shen Dong as an example,this paper studies the hydrologic and meteorological conditions of the area where the mine is located,and the occurrence conditions of water resources in the strata within the coal mine area.It is concluded that Qrainwater=1901m3/d,Qgroundwater=33135571m3/d,and Qwater source=52147472m3/d meet the water demand of the mine area Q=4161m3/d.According to the"storage capacity"condition of underground reservoirs and combined with the fracture structure and pore distribution of rock strata in the mining overburden fracture zone,the calculation model of the limit storage volume of goaf reservoirs is established.Through calculation,it is concluded that when the limit storage water level is 13.5m,the limit storage capacity is 187,000 m3.For those who do not meet the requirements of reservoir layout in goaf area,the method of borehole at the highest point developed from the surface to the overburden fracture zone can be adopted to enhance the replenishment and balance of water resources,and the layout principle of reservoir in goaf area can be obtained.Through the research of water resource invocation method,the water demand of each water point in the mining area is obtained by using the calculation method of water resource quantity regulation.In addition,the numerical simulation method of Fluent is adopted to obtain the required pressure value of pumping,namely 2.76MPa,which provides a theoretical basis for the selection of pumping pump.In addition,according to the mining situation in the mining area,the drilled hole from the excavated return air gateway to the reservoir in the transition goaf area is used as the sewage recharge point,and a diversion hole is set between adjacent working faces to avoid the water in the reservoir from exceeding the limit water level.According to this formed the goaf reservoir water resources call method. |
