With the increasingly severe economic situation in China,all walks of life have entered a new era of rapid transformation and innovation,and the demand for talents has become stronger and stronger.With the continuous expansion of the scale of China's enterprises,the constant changes in the economic environment,and the cross-regionalization and globalization of business operations,more professional managers have entered the management of the company,and the information asymmetry between the company's shareholders is even more problematic.Seriously,the principal-agent relationship between business owners and managers is more complicated.In order to maximize corporate value,attract talents,further improve the management efficiency of enterprises,and reduce the agency costs between shareholders and managers,more and more companies choose the incentive model of equity incentives.At present,listed companies in China have implemented equity incentives,but the effect of equity incentives,the ability to achieve incentives,and the rapid development of enterprises are the key topics in the current financial theory.This paper takes the steel research and high-quality equity incentive case as the research object,and deeply studies the impact of equity incentives on the performance of the company,in order to help solve the above problems,and provides suggestions for the equity incentives of the non-ferrous metals industry and the innovative enterprises of the GEM.This paper will analyze the implementation process and effect of the steel research and high-quality equity incentives,and provide a detailed analysis based on the theory and comprehensive analysis of the equity incentives.This paper mainly uses literature research method,case study method and comparative analysis method to explore the case of steel research and high-quality equity incentives,and introduces industry data and the same-scale enterprises in the same industry to objectively analyze the design of the program and the impact of its incentive effect.It is convenient for other listed companies in the same industry to give certain reference to the implementation of the equity incentive plan.Through the above research,this paper concludes that the overall equity incentives of Steel Research and Gaina have achieved positive results,and gives recommendations for the implementation of equity incentive plans for non-ferrous metals industry and even innovative companies in the GEM.
