Peanut Shell is called the shuck of peanut,whose color is mostly yellow-white and yellow-brown.At present,most peanut shells are directly used as fuel or buried as agricultural waste,and their comprehensive utilization value is low.The study shows that peanut shells include flavonoid,whose main components are luteolin,including anti-inflammatory,anti-allergy,anti-tumor,anti-bacterial,antiviral and other pharmacological actions.Therefore,this paper takes peanut shell as the material and USES steam blasting technology for pretreatment,and then extracts and purifies the flavonoids in peanut shell.Besides,lu-teolin in peanut shells were tested for antioxidant and anti-biotic in vitro.The main results are as following:1.Extract flavone from peanut shells with the help of adopting pre-treated steam blasting.The best parameter values about steam blasting were gotten by designing of response surface,which were based on single factor analysis method.The blasting pressure was 1.24 mpa,the dimension pressure time was 46.27 s and the water content was 15.89%.In these circumstances,the lu-teolin that depends on organic liquids was available about 0.928%.That means it was about twice times than that of untreated.The AB-8 macroporous adsorption resin was used for extracting flavone roughly,and then started to static adsorption.The adsorption rate was 72.6%.The adsorbed AB-8 macroporous resin was dynamically analyzed with 70% ethanol at a flow rate of 1.6BV/h.The a total of eluent was 140 ml and resolution was 83.3%.The content of lu-teolin in the purified product was 32.81%.2.Instrumental testing and analysis on peanut shells and purified products.The results of scanning showed that peanuts’ surface layer suffer a great destruction and cobwebbed fibre disappeared.That caused cellulose which stuck to surfaces of material detached and presented in the shape of the filament,which may be the reason for the improvement of the extraction rate of lu-teolin.By analyzing the detection results of purified lu-teolin with spectrophotometer,infrared spectroscopy and high performance liquid chromatography,it can be seen that the main component of the purified treated samples and untreated by blasting is lu-teolin.However,the absorption peaks of the treated samples by steam blasting become wide and deep in the wavelength range of 1500 cm-1~1000 cm-1.HPLC showed that there were still some impurities in the purified products of lu-teolin.3.Studies on the antioxidant activities of pretreated and untreated arachidopsis luteolin by steam blasting in vitro.The results showed that there was a positive correlation between the free radicals scavenging ability and the quality of concentration of the lu-teolin in peanut shells.However,It is better to DPPH and OH·he free radicals scavenging ability when its quality of concentration was between 2mg/ml and 6mg/ml,and reached 90% of the Vc scavenging rate.It is general to free radicals scavenging ability of SO2,which is only 70% of Vc scavenging rate when the mass concentration of 6mg/ml.As a result,it can be seen that the antioxidant capacity of lu-teolin in peanut shell after blasting is slightly enhanced by comparing the samples treated by blasting with those without blasting.The effect is not too obvious.The whole growth trend is almost the same with that of the samples without blasting.4.The experimental study on the bacteriostatic effect of peanut shells’ extracts showed that lu-teolin had inhibitory effects on the commom strain were included in tescherichia coli,staphylococcus aureus and bacillus subtilis.It is found that the bacteriostatic functions of the samples after blasting is a litter higher than that of the treated samples with micro-blasting within a certain pressure range by comparing the pre-treated samples with different steam blasting pressures.However,the high steam blasting pressure will reduce the bacteriostatic functions of the samples,or even lower than that of the samples without blasting treatment.
