In recent years,p-QM is an important class of terpenoids in organic chemistry,and has been widely used in organic chemistry,material chemistry,and biochemistry.Its structure contains a combination of a carbonyl group and a cyclohexadiene.Because of its unique structure,it is chemically defined as a neutral compound.The zwitterionic resonance entity is an electron acceptor in a 1,6-addition reaction.The 1,6-addition reaction is an organic synthesis reaction for the growth of carbon chains.It has an important application value.This reaction is achieved by the reaction of para-Quinone Methides with a nucleophile under phase transfer catalyst conditions.Conjugate addition reaction.The details are as follows:First,a method for synthesizing a quaternary ammonium salt is reported.This method is followed by a reaction step of N-protection,acylation,deprotection,methylation,reduction,and salt formation starting from L-amino acid and cyclohexanediamine starting materials.The chiral quaternary ammonium salt is synthesized efficiently.The structure of the product was characterized by means of MS,1H NMR,13C NMR and the like.Secondly,some quaternary ammonium salts were screened to study the asymmetric1,6-addition reaction conditions.The catalyst has a bifunctional catalytic activity site and can catalyze asymmetric 1,6-addition reaction at low temperature.Its advantages are higher yield and shorter reaction time,which can meet the requirements of green chemistry.Compared with the chiral phosphorus salt,its toxicity is relatively small,and the synthesis is simple and easy to operate,which has important guiding significance in organic synthesis catalysis.A series of compounds were synthesized and characterized by MS,1H NMR and the like.Finally,a metal ruthenium complex(C-4H-12N-2)-2[BiCl-6]Cl?H-2O was prepared,and its single crystal structure has been confirmed by characterization.The metal ruthenium complex(C-4H-12N-2)-2[BiCl-6]Cl?H-2O was used as a catalyst to catalyze the asymmetric1,6-addition reaction of the ruthenium compound on the ruthenium compound.Through a series of single factor experiments,the optimal reaction conditions were finally screened out.Under the premise of high reaction yield and short reaction time,a series of compounds were synthesized and characterized by MS and 1H NMR.
