Aluminum profiles have many excellent features and play an indispensable role in high-speed trains,construction engineering,automobiles,ships,aerospace and other fields,so the amount of aluminum profiles is on the rise.In the decoration industry,all-aluminum kitchens and furniture have become a fashion,which has the advantages of simple processing,convenient installation and easy cleaning.The aluminum extrusion press also has a large-scale production of aluminum profiles,and the tonnage of extrusion has gradually increased.The number of domestic 10,000-ton extruders has been at the advanced level in the world.In the production and processing of aluminum profile shunt extrusion die,the application of numerical simulation technology has become an important auxiliary means of die design.Qform software and HyperXtrude software have played an important role in the field of mold design and production.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1.On the basis of the existing 500 T extruder,design the necessary structural parts of the extrusion machine such as the extrusion cylinder,the locking cylinder,the extrusion cylinder seat,the pressing pad,the die base,the guide rail,etc.in the UG software,and The components were mounted on the extruder platform in the software to complete the simulation of the 500 T extruder.2.On the basis of the initial mold with a profile wall thickness of 1.21 mm,it can be modified and optimized by modifying the structure of the initial mold,extrusion parameters,changing the traditional mold into a butterfly mold,and adding a guide mold at the front end of the mold.Extrusion die with a profile wall thickness of 0.8 mm.3.Under the parameters of extrusion speed,billet preheating temperature,feed port chamfering,etc.,change the single variable,perform finite element numerical simulation calculation in Qform software,and analyze the data to get the best production.parameter.4.Compare the maximum stress and welding line of the data calculated by HyperXtrude and Qform software,and the results of the two software calculations are basically similar,which can assist the mold design to provide reliable guidance for production,but the calculation efficiency of Qform software will be higher.
