With more and more stakeholder groups attaching importance to environmental sustainability and social responsibility,closed-loop supply chain has attracted more and more researchers’ attention in the past two decades. In this paper, the closed-loop supply chain composed of a single manufacturer and a single retailer is taken as the research object. When considering emission reduction costs as marginal cost-intensive and fixed cost-intensive,the government recycling regulation and carbon government recycling regulation are not considered respectively.Firstly, the paper makes assumptions and analysis about the carbon emission reduction cost model, and establishes a closed-loop supply chain model considering the carbon emission reduction cost. Then, the model of the presence/absence of reward and punishment mechanism under different carbon emission reduction cost models is carried out horizontally and vertically.Comparative analysis;through the analysis and numerical simulation of the model results, the following main conclusions are obtained.(1)Regardless of whether there is a reward and punishment mechanism, when the carbon emission reduction cost is marginal cost intensive,by analyzing the wholesale price, retail price, recovery level, and member profit(utility),the centralized decision model is optimal, and the cooperative emission reduction model Better than the decentralized decision model. However, the reduction in carbon emissions per unit of product has not changed due to changes in the decision model.(2)Regardless of whether there is a reward and punishment mechanism, when the carbon emission reduction cost is fixed cost intensive, the centralized decision can be known by analyzing the wholesale price, the retail price, the carbon emission reduction per unit product, the recovery level, and the profit(utility)of each member. The model is optimal, and the cooperative emission reduction model is better than the decentralized decision model.(3)When the cost of carbon abatement is marginal cost-intensive,the reward and punishment mechanism only produces a single environmental effect, which improves the recovery rate of waste products, while the carbon emission reduction per unit product does not change. When the cost of carbon abatement is fixed and cost intensive, the reward and punishment mechanism has achieved a double environmental protection effect, which not only improves the resource utilization rate but also increases the carbon emission reduction per unit product. |
