The organic light-emitting Diode(OLED)is a solid state device,which can convert the electrical energy into the luminous energy directly.Recently,the OLED has attracted considerable attention by many researchers and is considered as the nextgeneration display device,due to its thinness and lightness,high contrast,fast response,high luminous efficiency,low power consumption,self-luminous,wide viewing angle,low cost,low driving voltage,wide operating temperature range,and so on.The flexible OLED would become the focus of display development in the future.Up to now,the most widely used transparent electrode in OLEDs is indium tin oxide(ITO),but ITO film is fragile upon stretch and expensive,so it is hard to be used as electrode in flexible OLEDs.Now the most commonly used conductive materials to replace ITO is poly(3,4-ehylenedioxythiophenet):poly(styrene sulfonate)(PEDOT:PSS)and graphene.Therefore,in this paper we doped different weight ratios of graphene oxide(GO)and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS)into PEDOT:PSS to improve the conductivity and transmittance of the hybrid films,and further studies for the conductivity of the films with dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO)are also conducted to compare with pristine hybrid films.It is found that the conductivity of the film with similar weight ratio of GO:SDBS can be greatly increased after doping with DMSO.In the study we have found that the hybrid film without DMSO has the highest conductivity when PEDOT:PSS was doped with 0.05 wt% GO:SDBS,while after mixing with DMSO,the hybrid film has the highest conductivity only with 0.02 wt% GO:SDBS.Using the PEDOT:PSS hybrid film mixed with different weight ratios of GO:SDBS as anodes,we fabricated OLED devices.The devices using PEDOT:PSS hybrid films mixed with 0.02 wt% GO:SDBS as anode obtains best performances,which is much better than that of the device with ITO anode.It is attributed to better hole injection and transport with hybrid film as the anode.
