| Dust removal and desulfurization system which mainly deals with soot and sulfur dioxide(SO2),two atmospheric pollutants produced by coal-fired boilers is the supporting system for main equipment boilers of thermal power plants.As the country’s requirements for emissions are becoming more stringent,higher requirements are placed on the stable operation of coal-fired boilers.This paper mainly studies the design and application of flue gas desulfurization system in thermal power plant.Firstly,expounding the technical methods for dust removal and desulfurization of modern industrial coal-fired boilers.Secondly,introducing the widely used control system in the dust removal and desulfurization system.The paper takes Fushun Petrochemical Thermal Power Plant’s “ large generation and small” expansion and transformation,and newly built 3×460 t/h pulverized coal boiler auxiliary dust removal and desulfurization device as the research object,and explains the dust removal and desulfurization working principle of the device.The process flow of each process system in the device is briefly introduced,the control system of the dedusting and desulfurization device is described in detail,and the structure,equipment selection and overall performance of the control system of the device are specified.According to the working principle and the actual situation of the site,the control logic scheme and chain protection of the main subsystems are designed.The dust removal unit uses the PLC control system of the SIMATIC S7-200,and the desulfurization unit uses the SIMATICPCS7 DCS control system.The state environmental protection department requires continuous monitoring of emissions.At the same time,this paper also introduces the continuous monitoring system of flue gas(CEMS)and the monitoring methods and various performance indicators of the CEMS system and describes the technical requirements and various functions of the data acquisition and conversion processing system(DAS)in the CEMS system.In order to ensure the stable operation of the dust removal anddesulfurization system,the commissioning and trial operation work was expounded. |
