Nano science and technology?Nano-ST?has attracted widespread concern over recent years.Nanomaterial is one of the hot areas in Nano-ST and has a wide range application in biological,chemical,medical,optoelectronic and other fields.But for organic nanomaterials,there is still a great space to explore its application in catalysis.In this dissertation,we synthesized a series of new nano-Tr???ger's Base derivatives and used them subsequently as organocatalyst.The thesis is divided into five parts:The first chapter expounded a general introduction,including the basis and significance of this paper,the research status,innovation and research methods.We also summarized the concept and types of nano-catalytic materials,catalysis of organic reactions,organic nanomaterials preparation methods.The second chapter focused on the synthesis of a series of Tr???ger's Base derivatives in ionic liquids by the reaction of substituted aryl pyrazole and formaldehyde or acetaldehyde catalyzed by trifluoroacetic acid.Subsequently,by controlling the morphology and particle size by re-precipitation,we acquired stable Tr???ger's Base derivatives nanoparticles with uniform particle size.The chapter three used the nano Tr???ger's Base derivatives as organocatalyst firstly to synthesis 2-?benzo[d]thiazol-2-yl?-1,5,6-triphenyl-1,6-dihydro-3-amine derivatives.Elevenproducts were obtained with high yields.Their anti-cancer activity were tested and the results indicated that the inhibitionrate against human hepatoma cells?hepG2?of seven compounds exceeded 30%andthe inhibitionratio againsttriple negative breast cancer cell?MDA-MB-231?of two compounds exceeded 30%,which means their great value as the lead compounds in new drug development.The results of their anti-bacteria activity against three resisitant grems showed they have no inhibition on these grems which maybe due to their poor solubility in DMSO.In chapter four,nano Tr???ger's Base derivatives were used as organocatalyst firstly to synthesize unsymmetric thiosulfate acid anhydride derivatives.Thirteen products were obtained with high yields.The results of their anti-cancer activityindicated that the inhibitionrate against human hepatoma cells?hepG2?of five compounds exceeded 30%and the inhibitionratio againsttriple negative breast cancer cell?MDA-MB-231?of three compounds exceeded 30%,which means their great value as the lead compounds in new drug development.The results of their anti-bacteria activity against three resisitant grems showed one compound have inhibition on these grems which deserves further systematic research.The chapter five mainly introduced the synthesis of pyrazolopyranopyramidine derivatives by using nano-Tr???ger's Base derivatives as organocatalyst firstly.Fourteen products were obtained with high yields.Their anti-cancer activity were tested and the results indicated that their inhibitionratio against liver cancer and human breast cancer cells is not high which may be due to their poor solubility.The results of their anti-bacteria activity against three resisitant grems showed they have no inhibition on these grems which maybe due to their low solubility in DMSO.Structures of all products were comfirmed by 1H NMR,13C NMR,IR and HRMS.In this dissertation,the synthesized nano material had high catalytic activity and certain atom economy.The synthesis method was simple,easy post-processing and efficientwhich broadened the catalytic scope of nano-Tr???ger's Base derivatives in organic reactions and provided a new synthetic method for the synthesis of three kinds of compounds.
