Stones had produced a lot of waste in the traditional machining process,mainly including stone scraps and stone powder.Stone scraps had been completely reused,but how to properly handle and use these stone waste has become a concern of stone companies.Therefore,this paper uses micro-extrusion rapid prototyping technology to reuse the discarded white marble powder.The white jade powder produced by the processing has large particle size and irregular shape.In order to meet the micro-extrusion molding process requirements,the optimal particle size of the prepared stone powder is determined,and the white marble powder is used for secondary milling by wet ball milling.The influence of different ball milling parameters on the particle size distribution of white marble powder was analyzed,and the optimal ball milling process parameters were obtained.At this time,the volume fraction of the obtained powder particle size was 60μm,and the cumulative volume fraction also reached 50%.The particle size distribution,aspect ratio distribution,crown distribution and sphericity distribution of the white jade powder after sieving were characterized.The rheological parameters of the mature clay micro-extruded blanks were determined,and the corresponding parameter values of the marble white stone slurry were determined.The uniform design method was used to test the mass percentage of each component in the slurry to obtain the stone pulp.The best formula for the material.The rheological and plasticity parameters of the slurry were determined.The micro-extrusion experiment was used to establish the printable conditions for the rapid extrusion of the white marble stone micro-extrusion.The yield strength was about 227636.9 and the plasticity R was 0.441.Through numerical simulation and experimental research,the structural parameters of the pressure-reducing extrusion head of the plastic blank were optimized.The extrusion head can achieve the goal of uniform outlet flow velocity and small outlet pressure.The difference between the maximum flow velocity and the minimum flow velocity is 0.62 m/s.Extrusion experiments were carried out on the white marble slurry using the optimized extrusion head to verify the feasibility of the slurry preparation and extrusion process.This research has successfully developed the micro-extrusion rapid prototyping process of white marble jade slurry.This technology can not only comprehensively utilize stone powder,but also reduce the environmental pressure of stone processing,and promote the production and consumption of stone craft products. |
