Slippery liquid infused porous surfaces(SLIPS)is a research hotspot of special wetting surfaces in recent years.It has broad application prospects in the fields of medical,marine antifouling,anti-ice and liquid transport.Constructing a porous surface and securing the lubricant to the surface is the key to the preparation of a SLIPS.Based on the principle of phase separation between organic polymer and the polymer formed by hydrolysis and polycondensation of silica precursor tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS),a simple and easy preparation method for SLIPS preparation was proposed.The specific research content is as follows:1.Preparation of porous silica film by phase separation method.Different types of polyacrylates were used as porogens to study the effects of polymer types and contents on the morphology of porous silica films.Polyacrylates include polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA),methyl methacrylate and acrylic acid copolymer(P(MMA-co-AA)),methyl methacrylate and butyl acrylate copolymer(P(MMA-co-BA)),a copolymer of methyl methacrylate and styrene(P(MMA-co-St)).The results showed that the sample with the mass ratio of PMMA and TEOS of 4/25 formed a network structure of nano-tubes combined with micropores.The diameter of nanotubes was 50~200 nm and the pore size of micro-holes was 1~2 ?m.P(MMA-co-AA)is a porogen sample capable of forming micropipes of 0.8 to 1.7 ?m.P(MMA-co-BA)is a porogen sample capable of forming a dense fine grain structure of 200 to 400 nm.P(MMA-co-St)is a porogen sample capable of forming 1 to 1.5 ?m micropores.The blending of PMMA and P(MMA-co-St)as a porogen can form a microporous nanopore coexisting morphology.2.Preparation of SLIPS and study of wettability.The surface of the silica film was hydrophobized with n-decyltrimethoxysilane(DTMS),and then the lubricating oil(palm oil)was poured to prepare a SLIPS.The results show that the porous film prepared by mass ratio of PMMA to TEOS exhibits superhydrophobicity(water contact angle 156 °).The SLIPS has a water contact angle of about 70 ° and a contact angle hysteresis of about 2 °.The prepared SLIPS has a visible light transmission rate of up to 90%.Also,the SLIPS is resistant to blood contamination.3.Research on durability of SLIPS.The SLIPS prepared by PMMA and TEOS with a mass ratio of 4/25 is washed in a water flow of 10 ml/min for five minutes.The contact angle hysteresis is less than 5 °.Later on,the SLIPS is inclined at 45 ° for 15 days.The contact angle hysteresis is less than than 6 °.The porous structure with different morphologies can be prepared by phase separation technology,and the low surface energy can be modified to form a SLIPS after infusion of lubricating oil.The preparation method is simple and easy,the raw material cost is low,no sophisticated instruments are needed,large-scale production can be realized,and the application prospect is broad.
