Gas outburst is a major geological disaster in coal mine production.It refers to the increase of coal mining depth and the increase of environmental gas content.Under the action of ground stress and gas release gravitation,the weak coal seam exceeds the resistance line and releases a lot of gas and coal.Because gas outburst accidents occur mostly in the process of excavation,mining,etc.,once an accident occurs,it is often accompanied by major casualties.There is a consensus in the international way to prevent gas outburst,that is,strictly follow the 12-character policy of "first pumping,monitoring,monitoring,and wind production".Before mining,use gas drainage rigs to pre-cut the mining surface according to the specifications.The hole is relieved of pressure.However,in the actual implementation process,due to insufficient supervision methods,the lack of accurate judgment on the results of drilling,resulting in drilling workers to cut corners,"counterfeiting","empty drilling","false reporting hole depth" has occurred,seriously affecting Safety production in coal mines.In the actual drilling process in the underground,the biggest safety hazard is that the workers do not drill according to the requirements of the operation instructions,and the inspectors cannot accurately measure the actual drilling results.This project comes from cooperation with Panjiang Mining Machinery Co.,Ltd..Based on the above-mentioned problems,the most common ZDY-750 drilling rig is used as a prototype to design a complete set of intelligent transformation plans.The program realizes the monitoring of the working position of the drill motor head position,the drill rod state,the real-time attitude and the vibration condition through various sensors,and processes the sensor data and forms the hole depth in real time according to the data logic model through the high-performance DSP processor.Drilling work data such as hole number and drilling posture.Anti-false algorithm is designed according to the fake means that workers may use,combined with the data of each sensor.In the final 70 hours of working time,the final prototype has a leak rate of 0.85%,a false positive rate of 0.077%,and a hole position error of 0%,which is a good design index and can be applied to production practice.At the same time,it realizes the automatic statistics of drilling work for underground workers,and also has a perfect anti-counterfeiting function,which further improves the applicability of the system.The practice proved that the new intelligent drilling machine monitoring system developed this time can effectively solve the phenomenon that coal mine workers do not drill according to the operating instructions,which helps to promote the safe production of coal mining enterprises.The system is applied to the safe production of coal mines,providing further protection for safe production.
