Since its inception,graphene has been favored by researchers at home and abroad and has been applied in many fields.However,its application in latex has not been systematically studied in detail.Since natural latex is the most widely used in latex products,exploring the application of graphene in natural latex is of great significance to the development of the latex industry and the broadening of graphene applications.This topic firstly explored the optimal preparation process of graphene aqueous dispersion,then studied the optimal conditions of natural latex gelation and film formation,and then added graphene water dispersion based on the optimal film forming conditions of natural latex.Explore the effects of graphene on various aspects of natural latex.In this paper,the effects of surfactant addition ratio,grinding time,high-speed disperser rotation speed and aqueous dispersion concentration on the quality of prepared aqueous dispersions were studied.The results show that when the ratio of surfactant NF to graphene is 1:1,the dispersion has low viscosity and small particle size;the high speed disperser rotates at 15000 r/min,the grinding time is 60 min,and the dispersion concentration is 2.5%.At the same time,the obtained aqueous graphene dispersion is stable and has the smallest particle size.The process conditions of glass model direct immersion gelation film formation were studied.The results showed that the latex solid content increased gradually,and the thickness of the latex film gradually increased.When the temperature of the latex is 25?,the model temperature is 45?-50 ?,and theimmersion time is 30 s,the thickness of the natural latex film obtained by the direct immersion method is the best.The effect of the amount of stabilizer KOH on the film thickness of the direct immersion gelation was studied.The results showed that the viscosity of the natural latex gradually decreased with the increase of the amount of stabilizer KOH,and the absolute value of the zeta potential gradually increased,but the particle size The increase of the amount of stabilizer is not obvious;the film thickness of pre-vulcanized latex first decreases and then increases,and the minimum value is0.2-0.3 parts;the cross-linking density and tensile strength of vulcanized film increase with the amount of KOH It showed a trend of rising first and then decreasing.The elongation at break of the vulcanized film,water extract and swelling degree all decreased first and then increased.When the dry weight of the added stabilizer KOH is from 0.2 to 0.3 parts,the properties of the film are better in all aspects.The effects of graphene dosage and doping method on the mechanical and electrical and thermal conductivity of graphene/natural latex composites were investigated.With the increase of graphene addition,the stability of pre-vulcanized latex is gradually reduced,the mechanical properties are gradually increased,and the electrical and thermal conductivity is gradually increased.Comparing the two kinds of doping methods of mechanical agitation and high-pressure homogenization,the mechanical properties and electrical and thermal conductivity of the composites are greatly improved after the refining treatment by high-pressure homogenizer.
